Wonderfully! For the last several years I've relied on McDonald (now Moore) for keeping my HVAC unit running well. The perform a maintenance tune on my furnace in the fall and on my AC in the spring, explaining what they're doing and why as they go along. This routine maintenance has prevented any problems during the year and has kept my HVAC working in top condition at a price I can afford. I'm so glad to have found a company and technicians that are so professional, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, pleasant, cost effective, and easy to work with.

Perfectly!!! Everyone at McDonald with whom I spoke was professional, pleasant, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Darryl, the technician, came out first thing in the morning, inspected and cleaned my entire furnace, diagnosed and fixed the problem, explained what he was doing and why thoroughly in non technical terms, and answered all of my questions.

It went very well. The job was projected to take 2 days. They arrived and finished at the projected times. They were punctual, efficient and most of all clean. They cleaned up and removed all debris before the end of the first work day. There is white carpet throughout my house which was protected by drop cloths. Moreover, along the work path. I was very pleased that there was no damage to my home during the removal/installation processes in which very large pieces of equipment were removed/installed from or in the attic.

It went very well with the professional expertise of Anthony. He checked the system thoroughly and explained how the filters in this system work to keep the air clean. I am a senior citizen, and will request him for any future help I may need. It is so reassuring to find someone you feel you can trust.
