Made sure they sent someone out that night to fix the problem. Anthony Wade, the service technician, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he gave me a full overview of the issue and my options before he began, and did the work quickly.

As soon as the new parts were installed, the AC was turned on and everything appears to be working now.

I would like to patronize local Woodland businesses but everyone I called was booked a month out or did not return my calls at all. I had no hot water for a week while I was making calls or waiting for other plumbers who looked at my problem then told me they didn't have time to do the work! Plumber John Barton was very responsive and did the work right away. The quality of the work was excellent. He corrected a confusing maze of pipes from previous homeowner. I don't know if this was a good price or not. Would be high for a simple water heater change-out but this job was more complicated than that. I was glad to get my hot water back.

First class preventive maintenance service affirming my choice of McDonsld's in internal renovation of older home.

Since I'm a lay person and don't know what should and shouldn't be done, had to have them back because they did not go under the house the first time to check duct work. Had to pay extra to have them go under the house because duct work had a big hole in it and needed to be repaired. Should have been done when all items installed. Also when at the home and gardens show spun their wheel and I won a furnace. When asked about the furnace they said it was for a small unit and I was getting a bigger unit. I spun their wheel again at another time and was suppose to get maintenance free for both furnace and air conditioner. When they came out the service person said I needed the air conditioner cleaned. Well that is maintenance I thought. They charged me over $200 for 20 minutes of work. The owner and I had a conversation and his behavior was unprofessional and at that moment I knew this is not an outfit I would ever use again.

Technician arrived on time and was corteous. Looked at the heater and found water (from condensation) in the blower motor. Immediately assumed it was a cracked heat exchanger and said best option was to a replace teh whole unit. Called another Lennox dealer for a second opinion. Found a plugged line was causing the overspill over to the motor. Fixed it in 20 minutes and the system works like a charm. Lennox residential heaters should run more than 15 years on average.

They came out and took a very thorough look at my unit and changed my intake filter for me. The gentleman was on time and very professional.

I installed a thermostat in our house this summer. AC worked fine, but when the weather got cold, I realized the heating did not even kick on. I figured it was probably the wiring. I called McDonald Plumbing and they had a technician out in less than 45 minutes. Gabriel was the technician, and he was polite, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem in two minutes (it was the wiring). He fixed it in another two minutes, tested the heater, and that was it. The pricing was less than I anticipated. Its hard to find a plumbing and HVAC contractor to trust and rely on. All of my experiences with McDonald have been very positive. The technicians always go beyond what they need to, take the time to educate me, and are really nice.

Successfully cleaned main sewer line for $170 which was good but then charged $140 for 10 minutes of work cleaning out 6 feet of shower drain. Also tried to push replacing main sewer line for $7500 using trenchless technology.

The piping in the wall wasn't big enough to take the water from the washing machine so they helped us rebuild that. All plumbing is high. They did exactly what they told us they were going to do.

We have always had great service from McDonald's. They are always prompt and professional.

Our shower valve failed on Fri late afternoon and we were without water because we had to turn the house water off. I called a number of plumbers on Angie's List, including those that said they were available 24/7, but McDonald Plumbing were the only plumbers who 1) answered the phone, 2) had a plumber call me back immediately, 3) who knew exactly what the failure was and even the brand of the failed shower valve from my description, 4) were available the next day for repair. The plumber who I spoke with, Glen, came out on Sat morning and fixed the problem. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He even used a repair plate which was fantastic as it avoided us having to redo the whole shower stall where he had to cut out the old valve and piping. Others we spoke with said that we would end up with a shower remodel with the kind of failure we had. That was discouraging as we knew that would cost a great deal of money. It's a great relief to have had the job done quickly, efficiently and without hassle. We are waiting for the caulking to dry to use the shower, but right now I'd say it was a job well done!

They called promptly to set up an appointment. Prior to my appointment, several days late someone called back to say they could quote the fans over the phone and transferred me to a man who would gather more information for the quote. After a short conversation he quoted me the outrageous amount of approximately $7500. When I told him I wanted house fans not a new HVAC he told me that I had been given a reasonable price and I probably wouldn't find a better bid. Guess what? I got the EXACT same model fans installed by an electrician for $3600. I won't call them again for future quotes.

They charge way too much for what they do but they did a good job. They were very courteous and prompt. I'd used them before and I would use them again because they have a good reputation.

We didn't care for it all. We had other people afterwards and they were a lot cheaper. The quality was pretty good. The price was so high and two or three years after that we had to work done all over again.

I called McDonald yesterday @ 2 p.m. after another local firm didn't show and didn't call for a scheduled appointment between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. I was first on McDonald's schedule this morning, and Carlos arrived promptly at 8 a.m., just a few minutes after the office called to let me know he was on his way. After assessing the clog and discussing prior plumbing work done in this bathroom, he gave me an initial estimate of $169.00. Unfortuantely the prior plumbing work meant that he couldn't clear the clog from the tub. He had to use / dismantle the trap under one of the sinks instead which increased the cost of the job by $75. Carlos got to work, and the job was completed just shy of an hour. Carlos was professional and an absolute pleasure. I couldn't be more satisfied. Carlos will be returning next week to give me quotes on installing a tankless water heater, and replacing the main sewer line, both long overdue for my 50+ year old house.

I had a friend do the work and the whole thing took about 5 minutes, and there were no parts needed.

The gentlemen was nice enough but explained that the A/C was over 15 years old and needed new refrigerant and that it probably had a leak. He said he could not warranty any service because the unit was so old and he didn't know if the leaks could be repaired on this old of a unit. He then told us it would be better to replace the unit which would cost about $8000 for a 1000 sq ft home. He also stated it would be best to save on labor and replace the furnace at the same time which would cost another $4000. After going into shock I decided to sleep on it and get a second opinion.

It went well. I wasn't unhappy with them at all. They did a really good job. I've had several plumbers out to look at that issue and they did it. I'm really happy with them.
