We could not be more pleased with the service and our new refrigerator. There was no high pressure sales talk. It was as easy as something like this can be. Kevin was most helpful, courteous and professional. The men who brought in the new fridge were punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and took the old refrigerator away. Kevin had made arrangements for a SMUD rebate, so we had little to do, except move food. We would certainly go to Manuel Joseoh again and highly recommend this company.

They have been in business for probably at least 40 years. They are a family owned business. The product selection, excellent customer service, their installation and follow up stand out. They stand behind their product and their company, and that is why they have been in business for 40 years.

I worked with Tracy and her husband Tim, and they were amazing, professional and super helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me all the appliances. They told me that if I bought 4 appliances, I would get an extra discount, and that’s how I ended up buying the 4 appliances. They were really wonderful to work with. They had the best prices compared to the other providers I had checked. They were also the only ones that could get me the appliances when I needed them - everybody else said that it would take a week or two while they came back to me in 4 or 5 days. The total cost was about $8000. I got the top-of-the-line refrigerator which was about $2500, top-of-the-line GE dishwasher, next to the top-of-the-line microwave range hood in one, and a ceramic-top slide-in range. They take really good care of their customers, and so I have told all my friends to go there for their stuff.

We had some problems at the last minute with the height of our countertops, and we had to change from the original range we had purchased to a different one. Manual Joseph worked with us and with the people remodeling our kitchen to make sure what we bought would work with the remodel. They coordinated the delivery with the re-modelers so that everything was here and ready to go the day we needed them installed. They made the process much easier.
