It did not go at all...they did not respond to my request.
Description of Work: Provider did not respond to request. I do not remember the date of request...this evaluation request is way past due. You would need to look at the date of my request that prompted you to send me this evaluations request.

Mansour's did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. I bought a new pad as well, and they took care to trim the pad so it fit under the newly cleaned and dried carpet.

OVER THE FIRST THREE YEARS WERE WONDERFUL. THEN THEY HIRED A NEW, YOUNG AND OBNOXIOUS FEMALE VET RIGHT OUT OF SCHOOL. SHE THOUGHT SHE KNEW IT ALL. SHE TOOK OVER THE CARE OF MY DOG AGAINST MY WISHES AND MY DOG DIED WITHIN FOUR WEEKS OF HER INITIAL CONTACT. ANOTHER ANIMAL DIED UNDER HER EMERGENCY CARE PRIOR TO THIS EVENT.
Description of Work: I USED THEM FOR SEVERAL VISITS TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY LITTLE YORKIE (WHO WAS FAST APPROACHING 15 YEARS OLD).
