We had ducks in our pool for several months. The water was black. We needed the pool drained and cleaned. Majestic did a good job.

Excellent timely service

I needed my pool lights fixed and needed a filter pump installed. I called them and they came out to install both. I have also used them for my weekly maintenance. They are great at responding to emails and phone calls. They always communicate on when they come out or what/where the status is on any repairs. I would definitely recommend them for repairs and or maintenance

Recently our temperature sensor failed and they replaced it in 2 days for a reasonable price. They are very reliable and efficient.

On Sunday February 7th 2021 if you was working at Scottish Rite Center here in Sacramento I left my phone charging in an RV box electric box left for a sec nobody was there Sunday morning came back the crew was there and my phone was gone charger was left there but did you take my phone like my phone back but I wouldn't hire him it's just cuz you can steal something doesn't mean you should I also approached him and asked for Mateo I don't know I don't know either so that's all I got how low can you go to still open Skies phone it doesn't even have a job $30 at Target you could have bought their own they have job.

Extremely happy with the service I receive from Majestic pool service. Anthony does a great job servicing our pool. Also customer service is great!

Anthony came and inspected our pool. He found an O ring that had gone bad and said the pool would need 2 visits, 1 to brush off the algae and add chemicals and then another visit to vacuum the pool. I asked what the cost would be and he estimated between $150 - $200 and that I would get a quote from the office later. When the quote arrived it was for $325! I called and asked why the difference and was basically told that was what it would cost no explanation for the difference. We used somebody else.

They never contacted me.

They come once a week, every Thursday. ?I hired them on as a pool service. ?He helped me change the filters and stuff that I didn't understand, and now he maintenance. They are a great company.

They are doing a month to month. They are fantastic. They're great, responsive, and very, very helpful. They are high quality and I really like them.

Prompt, same day response to our request for free estimate. Service was performed same week of our acceptance of proposal/bid. Work was professional from start to finish. The remove/replace team was courteous and friendly, answering all my questions and offering helpful suggestions for post installation start up. The new equipment is up and running flawlessly and the pool is sparkling blue once again. We're fully satisfied with the work performed and price paid.
