LYTLE CONSTRUCTION

So far we are very satisfied,the kitchen is 1st class w/quartz countertops,top quality cabinets with soft close and top of line hardware throughout. only problem so far was a small leakage under sink which was promptly fixed. awaiting sticking cutting board fix during wet weather.

Walt (owner seemed friendly and accommodating initially but when I had issues he was defensive. He had left some routine things out of his bid (e.g., a threshold in the doorway, trim around bottom half of new arch to match existing wainscoting) and then wanted to charge me extra for them. ("We didn't talk about that".) Tried to get me to pay for a toilet seat his men broke. Asked him about adding wainscoting to small hallway (an addition I was prepared to pay extra for) and he wanted me to go buy it myself and haul it home (impossible as I have a small car - no room to haul sheets of plywood) so I didn't do it. Instead of trim around bottom of arch to match existing trim, he just put in two flat boards and one isn't even cut straight. So bad will have to hire someone else to replace. Some wood cut short, leaving space - have to replace. Disconnected light in garage and I had to ask twice to have it reconnected - then he connected it to another line so I have to go into the garage to turn it on rathen than from garage entry. Didn't hang plastic or run plastic on floor thru house. Dust EVERYWHERE and tracked thru house to main bathroom. Globs of drywall mud left on washer/dryer. Generally, I was really unhappy and took money off of final bill.

They did a beautiful job. They were excellent to work with. They had very reasonable price. They work with you in what you need and overall very good.

Was very organized and clean with frequent updates provided. Finished ahead of schedule!
