 + -1 moreI was totally happy with them. They did incredible work. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: They arranged to buy the material through them and they installed it. It was sub contracted through them. They did the flooring upstairs.

 + -1 moreThey did a very poor job with the installation, and the floor is actually separating where the planks meet. In fact, the gaps are so wide that I can fit a quarter in between some of them. What's more is that company simply told us this is normal for bamboo flooring instead of trying to rectify the problem. Now we're stuck with a sub-par floor.
Description of Work: We hired them to install bamboo flooring in our home.

 + -1 moreIt was nice. I have a couple of issues with them. I can't find these contractors anymore. I have something repaired that they did. I would never use them again. The price was good. They didn't fix the problem that they created when they did our floors.

Description of Work: Hardwood flooring purchase and installation. Contractor arrived on time, cleaned up nicely and did a beautiful job on the installation. Getting the product was a bit of a challenge as the first item we selected became unavailable. Store worked with us to get another in a fairly timely manor.

 + -1 moreWe went to the store and looked at various hardwood floor options. Asked a lot of questions and picked Bellawood Oak in 5 inch width. The sales people were very nice to work with to get educated on flooring and options. Absolutely beautiful floor. Called their installer, he was at our home the next day, listened to his recommendations, quoted us a price. The day after the flooring arrived they installed it. Done! No hassel, no worry, and a great floor.
Description of Work: Buy flooring from their large selection. All our questions and concerns were clearly addressed and we got an education on hardwood flooring. It made the decision very easy.
