I would recommend Love and Care ANYTIME! Their firm is the only company that called to help me solve my problem. Others emailed me and said they couldn't help me!!! Billy in the office called me many times to just stay in touch. Joel the installer was excellent. He was VERY Professional and Caring like their name says. I was so pleased with the EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Love & Care. Joel my Tech Showed up on time, found the part I needed and drove to pick it up And installed it same day. I’m just not used to this level of service. I highly recommend this company. From the owner to the techs, they are first class.

I highly recommend this firm. We had a new roof project that required removing and replacing the HVAC unit’s curb and elbow, reinstalling various HVAC roof parts (gas and drip lines, electrical, etc.) plus installing a new A/C filter interior enclosure. Marshall and Jason did an extremely detailed and clean job. They even coordinated with the roofing company on the necessary repairs. The office staff are very pleasant and great with project communication. Mark gave us the initial estimate. It was very detailed and the price was very reasonable even though it involved a mobile crane truck. They were on-time, had clean trucks, and even did custom sheet metal work. No shortcuts with this company. I woul definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

+ -1 morethey came the next day after I called and did a complete inspection and assessment of what was required including improvements from original installation Derrick the technician was very informative , curteous and showed us photos of prior installation and deficiencies of such, We received several bids from other companies but none were as informative and complete..their bid was actually several thousand dollars more but I told them of the difference and they made adjustments to that to my satisfaction. They installed the pump within 5 days of the initial bid The 5 work people who installed this were all professional, responsive and cleaned up after. The 1.5 day job went smoothly and they did an excellent job, taking photos of the installation and improvements to such. The cost was several hundred dollars more than the lowest comparable bid, but you get what you pay for and have no qualms highly recommending them.

+ -1 moreBless you, LOVE and CARE Heating and AIr. While temps outside are headed to 110 degrees my 2 story house is 72 degrees. It would even be cooler if I lowered the thermostat. I had my very old non-efficient system replaced in March or in the nick of time as it is very hot out there. Chris was amazing as he looked over my old system and came up with a much better one so that my Master bedroom would finally be cool. The old system was horrible and had never cooled the Master bedroom living us sleeping in the kid's room for most of the summers before. I had done my homework prior to ever interviewing any air conditioning company so felt pretty confident choosing them after all 5 interviews were done. Love and Care Heating and Air won out because of their approach and knowledge of my ailing and somewhat dangerous system. They showed up as promised with a complete and impressive crew. Marshal and Jeff earned my trust and kept me informed at all times. They took pictures as I requested and Jose and Tyler went above my expectations. I have now had this system working flawlessly since March and couldn't be happier. I had an opportunity to call them in May over a minor issue and they came right out, address the problem, and coming up with a wonderful solution. They are an amazing company. LOVE and CARE HEATING and AIR is the best company in Northern California.

We purchased a home last Fall with 20 year old A/C systems that passed the home inspection but failed to keep up with the first spring heatwave. We received multiple quotes and the proposal from Love and Care was by far the most complete and informative. Chris took the time to understand our needs, explain options and answer our questions. They promptly scheduled and completed the work while accommodating our timing requirements. The installation crew - Marshall, Lucas and Tyler were awesome! They performed a high quality installation, made sure everything was cleaned up, communicated frequently, were extremely professional and courteous and maintained safe Covid-19 related protocols. When contacted for subsequent questions and adjustments, Love and Care responded immediately. We highly recommend these guys - they live up to their name!

They clean after everyday and the drop cloths were always removed each day and one worker always vacuum the area where they worked and wipe down all hand prints where the touch around the attic entrance and make sure what little patch work was need it, done well!! They clean outside in the backyard where the A/C unit is, and my driveway. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL!! The workers were so polite and professional. What more could a person ask for!! THE BEST!! Description of Work: Love and Care Heating and Air Chris Shaw came over to give me an estimate on a A/C Heating and Air System. Chris Shaw was honest, unlike another company who came over my house to see and service my A/C the day before. Chris Shaw was extremely professional and explain what was happening with the heating in my attic, provide pictures with the date and year with my last name that he took, while in my attic. That is a honest person! Chris Shaw showed me the pictures with dale, year and my last name, then he went outside to see the A/C Unit and I was with him and the Unit. He showed me that the A/C Unit was the wrong sizes for my house. "SMALL". No wonder I was paying SMUD monthly large payments during the summer months. I bought my house brand new and apparently the builders in my area just bought smaller A/C Units and install them. Chris Shaw, of Love and Care Heating and Air explain why my bills where high and why my home was always hot in the summer and cold in the weather. That's It!! I wanted a new System. Plus this was 2001 system, and I moved in my house in Nov. of 2002. The A/C SYSTEM WAS 19 YEARS OLD!! PLUS TO SMALL FOR MY SQUARE FOOTAGE IN MY HOUSE. I felt so confident that I found the Right Company "LOVE AND CARE HEATING AND AIR" to purchase my Heating and A/C System. I was not taken advantage, unlike another company did to me the day before. I am so Happy that I called to received an estimate. I told Chris Shaw "YES" I want his company to pulled in my system. The company workers were so professional and for two extremely hot days these workers were the BEST!! They took out the old ducts and put in new one, the took out the heating unit in the attic, and install the new one, these workers make sure everything was cleaned in the attic and as well in my house. Drop cloths all over in the house. The New A/C Unit outside was installed the first day. Beautiful System. Jose, the Lead man provided photos of my attic of the New ducts, New Heater. It took two days and all the beautiful work was done. My Heating and Air System was up and running.

Replaced the capacitors immediately, from the truck. Turned the system back on, and Voila, cold air. Now my family and I can withstand the heat of the summers with the air blowing cold.

Love & Care came over the next morning to bid on our job and supplied us with a portable A/C unit which took the heat edge off. They were in the next day and installed new units inside and out. Their install team was great, explained everything as I spent the day "looking over their shoulder". New system is way more efficient. And, they came back and addressed some duct issues that THEY felt were important to upgrade..no cost. I can't recommend them enough. Totally satisfied

+ -1 moreWe had Love and Care Heating and Air replace our 30 year old heat pump and duct work in the fall. The old system was so inefficient we couldn't afford to run it. Now that a couple months of SMUD bills have come, we can see that the new system runs at less than half the cost, seriously, and we are warm and comfy now. The guys were professionals and worked hard each day, and cleaned up each evening. It was a big nasty job. Thanks guys for the good work.
