They did a good job. This was a very small, one-time job so I don't have extensive feedback but I thought they were reasonable to work with, did not overcharge, and added years to the life of a favorite bedside lamp. The price below includes an expensive LED light - I don't have it broken out so this number significantly over-states the price of the repairs.

All of the people I dealt with were friendly and professional. They were a pleasure from beginning to end. They did an excellent job of repairing the lamps.

Great place, great people.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store. A young man named Stewart took care of us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in answering our questions about suitable fans. We took two with us on the first visit and ordered two others. We were promised them in 7-10 business days, and they were right on time. We received a phone call notifying us they were in and picked them up. They were exactly what we ordered. Both times the fans were placed in our car for us. I would definitely use this business again and I would not hesitate o recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I dealt with Don who is extremely knowledgable and spent quite a bit of time explaining the difference between standard lighting to LED. He went above and beyond in helping us to purchase the two pendants that came with halogen light bulbs. We did not like the look of the halogen so he experimented with other LED bulbs that ended up enhancing the two pendants that we purchased. This used far less energy to save money in the end. Don was very patient in explaining every aspect of how this would save us on money and the detail of the product we purchased. They are not just limited in lighting but also in fans. I would highly recommend their services to others and I will definitely use their business as needed.

It was so much nicer to shop in a small, local store than in the big box. I got advice on fixtures and manufacturers from staff who have been selling light fixtures for many years and know the business well. Prices for the fixtures I chose are the same or better than in the big boxes and online stores. Last year, one of the manufactures sent a wrong shade. Though it wasn't their fault, Lofings was quick to take the responsibility for exchanging the part. They also offer lighting design consultation. Highly recommended.
