LISA'S HOUSEKEEPING PERSONNEL AGENCY

I've used them for 11 years, off and on. They're kind of irregular in who they send out but I have a good girl who comes out now. I am on a $80 for 4 hours special service. Kirsten is really excellent. She's upbeat, she's been with them for years and she tries to work with you and she gives discounts ever so often. The service is uneven it just depends on who you get. I have Cathleen now so she's really good. They're not that costly so people come and go.

They are bonded and I trust them with a key to my house. They come every week when I am at work. They are friendly and do a great job on my house. They even bring there own supplies to clean with as well.

The lady who came, Louise, seemed very unsure of how to act. I had to take charge and show her the house. It turned out that she had brought no cleaning supplies, and I had to gather whatever I had at home. I told her that as it was a first cleaning, I would understand if she was not able to get to everything. When I arrived home in the evening, I went through the house and realized that what was done was a very slapshot job. The toilets had not been cleaned (the rims were untouched); coffee table, chairs had not been pulled while the floor was vacuumed around them. The cushions on the chairs were not brushed (even though I had emphasized that we do have lots of cat hair), the bathroom corners were obviously ignored, the trash was not emptied. She also obviously had used the vacuum cleaner in its floor setting, with the carpets not being cleaned properly. Needless to say, I have canceled further cleaning services.
