. Quick to reply. Followed up while I worked to secure funding, which I appreciated! His rate was great and he was able to start working on my project after signing the estimate and Permit approval. He was patient while navigated through the City of Pittsburg Permit process to obtain the Permit approval. . I hired him for the addition of a second driveway and repair/replace of the City sidewalk. He let me know he also does sod, which was perfect as I thought I was going to have to find another company to do the grass. Used good quality grass. Also, he was able to do any additional request, such as posts on each side of the gas meter. . The work was done quickly & efficiently. Everyone knew what their part of the job was. He and his guys showed up on time and were hard workers and respectful of my property and cleaned up daily. . I would work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a good value. Very impressed with the communication and efficiency and whole process! Well run business.

He is good with bat attitude. Finished his work on time but can be aggressive. Had few arguments with him about moving sprinklers. He did write in the contract will move sprinklers but didn?t and argued told me cheap because I negotiated with his quote and reduced $200. I had to hire someone to remove and relocate after concrete poured and it was not easy. He did good job with our front stairs with pillar. Back yard concrete two long line crack. When I called he said I don?t guaranty concrete. If it?s crack nothing I can do. If anyone hire him please make sure you write this in the contract paper.

He had a clear contract and I appreciated how he helped with the design and had samples. He was very good I am happy with his work. He was here to supervisor his workers every day and provided a good finished product.

Latu did a huge concrete slab for a swim spa and finished around it with gravel to help us save money. They did a great job!. Our yard looks amazing and we are so happy with how it came out.

Antonio does good work but we had some problems communicating. Just take your time to be sure he understands what you want and write it down in the contract. Absolutely excellent clean up.

Late is an honest and very efficient concrete contractor. He did 1330 sqft stamped concrete with custom colors on my back yard. It took him 4 days to finish the job. I highly recommend his services.Other contractors out there are very greedy and over priced.
