Latu Concrete

Latu crew did not know how to stamp concrete. Stamp lines were thin or missing in a lot of areas. Joint lines were crooked and to widen some areas. Did not cover lower patio wall before starting job. The wall will have to be painted . Placed something on my lawn that killed 4 x 5 area. Latu was willing to redo the entire job, which included tearing out just laid concrete. Had back yard party schedule in two weeks. Would not take chance on work being completed. Settled on price for completed work, which was less than a third of original pricing.

Latu Concrete provided me with an estimate much lower than 2 other other companies and completed the job earlier than promised. Work was performed, cleaned up and no hassle. Very pleased with end product.

Victor was very helpful in creating the design of my backyard. He and his team did a good job with the project.

They were not careful, broke edge of asphalt when removing old concrete.

He just needs to fix a crack on the steps -- he came by the house yesterday when I notified him about it. With a positive attitude, he said he would take care of it. Latu could be intimidating at first coz' he's a big guy and he talks like he's angy, but it's probably because of his Tonga accent. He's a teddy bear. Awesome guy and he delivers. I already recommended him to my neighbors, friends and family who saw his job. This man does not waste time and gets the work done. I'm very happy with the finish product and would hire him again. Very reasonable price -- the lowest quote I've gotten. Awesome!

The work was done quickly & efficiently. Day one was removal of the existing concert patio and since I was extending my patio, removal of a lot of dirt. Mixed within that pile of dirt were things that I didn't know were there - pavers, river rock and other such debris. They moved the pavers, bricks & river rock to the sideso I could re-use them for another project. Very nice for them to do that & save me from needing to buy pavers again. Day two was setting up the forms for the concrete, putting down the gravel base,putting in a drainage system and putting down & tying the re-bar. Day three was pouring the concrete. I think there was 6 or 8 guys to do that. They were quick and everyone knew what their part of the job was. Part of the crew were removing the branches/roots, the pieces of concrete from the demo & the additional debris. My patio is exactly what I wanted & perfect. I will hire that again when I need more concrete work done.

Latu Concrete did a GREAT job for us. They added a 400 sq. ft. concrete pad to our back yard. The location is in a highly landscaped and manicured area. They were very meticulous in their performance, and left the job site as neat as when they first arrived. We highly recommend them.

Vitolio is pretty much a one man band. He arrived on time w/ couple helpers removed all the concrete was going to be replaced. Latu replaced the driveway, backyard sidewalks and also, removed tree stumps. He replaced our steps that lead into front porch with bricks. We are very satisfied and was a fair price. Latu concrete is licensed, bonded, insured unlike others out there. I have had other neighbors looking to use Latu .

They arrived on time and did the work in a very timely manner. The results were an excellent driveway and sideway to the backyard. He even suggested an additional curved section to make it easier for my 86 year old mother to manage her walker around the corner of the driveway to her porch. The only difficulty I had was understanding his accent over the phone, which caused a little confusion on the final price of the work. Although the price was still $800 less than the other bid we got. I would definitely recommend him!

Vitolio Latu did a great job, high quality for a fair price. I was lucky enough that he was able to start immediately. I did a 45'x10' stamped & colored concrete pad immediately behind my house. He cleared the area, loosened up the surface, and measured and set the forms on the first day. The second day he placed 2-3 inches of gravel, and set the rebar. Because we couldn't get concrete the third day, he took a break, but by Thursday he and three other guys placed the concrete, leveled and stamped it. He is very good and honest! I recommend him!

Latu is not a yes man, he listened to what I wanted, he even said no I can't do that (while others just said yes) He shared his experience, offered options and delivered on all promises.
