Very professional and prompt service. I had an emergency situation with a clogged drain on a Saturday and they came right away. The worker was extremely professional and cordial. He went to work right away and in about 20 minutes had the situation under control. I will recommend Lateral Cleaning to all my friends and family. Never had such cost-effective professional and quality customer service from a plumbing company.

I thought this could be a challenging plumbing job - deep clog in the pipes of a 60+ year old house and I was right. But this plumber would not give up and went above and beyond to solve the problem. He was here for 5 hours on a Sunday afternoon and charged only slightly more than the agreed upon fee to solve a standard clog. It was a messy job but he left the entire area well cleaned and smelling good. Professional job at a very good value. And I don't give out 5 stars easily.
