I highly recommend LCS Plumbing. We had an emergency plumbing nightmare and they came out right away. They are professional, friendly, and honest. We were provided a quote upfront and they maintained it despite our complicated plumbing system. They are fair priced and will go above and beyond to ensure the quality of their service. We will use LCS again for an upcoming project and recommend them to all our friends and family.

$245 per hour labor! Charged $495 for roughly $200 worth of work, and a LOT of harassment, threats, and personal attacks from the plumber via text when my employer disputed the outrageous charges. The plumber couldnt finish the job because he didnt bring enough help, and was a NO CALL NO SHOW the next day, so I had to chase them down to finish. I would avoid this company due to the threatening, rude, and unprofessional nature of the plumber himself. If I could, I wouldve written the check myself and be done with them... The show-runner (administrative person on the phone) was very nice, professional, and calmly explained their policies. I and my employer respectfully disagreed that it was a reasonable fee for the work performed, and she did not become rude or threatening, but remained calm and business-like in demeanor. For that, she earned my respect. Disputes happen; its how you handle yourself that makes the difference. I wish her success.
