Description of Work: Victor worked on the TV and succeeded in getting channels 6 and 10 to show up. He then went up on the roof and checked my antenna. He renewed some items on my 20-year-old antenna.

Description of Work: I was not getting all the HD digital stations. Victor fixed the problem. He worked very methodically, first on the inside on the TV, then up on the roof to work over the antenna. He was here for about an hour and a half and his charge, as you can see, was extremely reasonable.

+ -1 moreA company from North Highlands had previously installed an outdoor HD antenna. After several attempts to schedule an appointment with them with no success, we called Kushida TV based on their BBB report. I told him that the company from North Highlands told us that the cable from the splitter near the living room didn't work and that he'd have to replace the old cable. He said that he would check all the cables himself. He checked all the cables outside our master bedroom and determined which cable was connected to the antenna. The previous owner had Direct TV. I have not gone out to see how many cables are outside our master bedroom, but he told me there were quite a few cables. He connected it and now we have HD TV in our master bedroom. He even locked the gate to our backyard before he left. No service person has ever been so courteous.
Description of Work: He connected the existing cable that leads from outdoor TV antenna to our master bedroom. Added connectors to: cables at the splitter, cable from the outside of the house and the cable that connects to the up-converter box.
