Description of Work: My experience with Kleen Air Heating & Air Conditioning was from 2006, it was a F- experience. The AC didn't work the first summer & each season since there have been problems because of faulty instillation. The wrong Trane AC was initially installed, less expensive smaller unit in place of what I paid for.

Description of Work: I purchased a foreclosed home built in 1988 and I don't think the HVAC/vents had ever been cleaned. Kleenair was a little bit on the high side, but after "educating" myself, they were very reasonable. You get what you pay for! They were courteous, professional and accomodating, and I saw all the work they were doing. Very IMPRESSIVE!
