She was very good quality work . Apt was at 3pm she was late no call to let me know. I left messages . Finically arrived I think 30-45 minutes late. No explanation but did the work quickly . I would hire her again

Order took longer than expected, but install went well. Blinds didn't darken our room the way we had hoped and Kim had other great ideas, but never returned our calls after several attempts. As they say, service after the sale.
