Description of Work: He trimmed bushes and shrubs, raked by hand all organic debris in areas that could not be blown, and pruned certain plants. He mowed and edged the front and back lawns. His team helped to remove all of the old and new debris and areas were blown. He also trimmed trees. The yards were absolutely pristine. Extremely well done on the hottest of days

Description of Work: We live in Elk Grove and own a duplex in Citrus Heights. We called for a quote & he responded immediately by phone, & came out for a free estimate for maintenance for front and back yards. We hired him on the spot and he is still working for us on weekly basis. He added several sprinklers and has mowed for us ever since. We remain satisfied with his work.

Description of Work: After living here for over a year and dismissing four landscapers, I read some of Jose's reports, and I decided to call him. He came out and gave me an estimate, which was a little more than I had been paying, but he was impressing both with his knowledge and willingness to do all that I requested. When he was unable to come himself he sent a crew, and I thought, Oh, no, this is where trouble begins. But I was wrong! I got a nice note from his wife explaining his absence and directions for me to tell the crew, regarding trimming and pruning that we talked about. The crew was terrific! I am very particular since my son is a landscape contractor in another city and he tells me that I am spoiled. I noticed that when they trimmed, they took their time, and stood back to get an overall view, and then proceeded. Jose's daughter had been here lately, and she is a doll. They are all very friendly, and are careful of little plants. One of the most important to me is how the crew handles a weed eater. These guys are very professional. There are no gouges, everything is smooth, and the edge of the lawn is crisp and clean.

Description of Work: Jose and two helpers hauled away a fallen tree, cleaned up the backyard, and trimmed trees and bushes. He did everything as asked and had it done in under 3 hours. I would use his services again.

I do not have regular contact with him or his workers. I only see the results of their work which is entirely satisfactory. I selected Mr Alvarez because my previous servicer raised his prices, did irregular and sloppy work, and often failed to follow directions.

Description of Work: $250 was spent for initial clean up of landscape. Then $100 per month for full service landscape maintanence. After 4 months of service I am very pleased.
