 + -1 moreHe was great. I needed something done right away beause I was only in town for a short time. He rearranged his whole schedule for me. He did a good job. He was good with communication. He let me know when he was going to be there and he showed up on time.
Description of Work: He completed a small handyman job for me.

 + -1 moreI contacted George and arranged to have our property management let him in the home for the estimate. Things went very smoothly then and George gave us an estimate we excepted. We then contacted our property management to make the arrangements for the installation, with JD Services (George). The property management was not able to get a hold of George even after leaving messages. My husband and I both called George on a total of 5 different occassions and he never called back. Even if he didn't want the job now we felt he needed to call us back and let us know so we could get it completed. My husband and I are military and out of state and rely on the reviews of Angies List to help us find the right people. This is the first time after using Angies list on at least 6 other occassions that we've had any trouble with any of the contractors. We will continue to use Angie's List, just NOT JD Services (George).
Description of Work: Convert an existing shelving area in a bedroom into a closet. Take out existing shelves, add clothing pole, paint inside closet and add door.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. George was very punctual, arriving ten minutes early, which I liked. He installed the locks just as I requested and he did a very good job. It took about 45 minutes.
Description of Work: He changed the locks for the home I just purchased and moved into. This consisted of two sets, each containing a doorknob lock and a deadbolt lock. The changes were made on the front door and the garage door.

 + -1 moreThis man was great. We got quotes from three other company's and he was the cheapest by far. He save us about 3000 dollars in the long run. Our price included the material and the labor. He is definitely a hard worker and is very motivated in what he does. I would highly recommend him for future jobs with anyone.
Description of Work: He helped us put in our wooden fence in our backyard. Our yard is about 40 x 60 feet.
