Great, Jay and Antoine are real pros, and take great pride in their work. Both have a lot of years experience in professional painting, which is evident of the quality of there work. We are extremely happy with the results, and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Numerous wall and ceiling cracks were repaired to perfection. The subsequent painting was also perfect. They are meticulous on their setup and cleanup. The price was better than most.

Jay's painting did a wonderful job. Our house had not been painted since it was built 15 years ago. It now looks just as nice as the first day we moved in. We are so pleased. Only took 2-days and they left the yard as clean as when they arrived. They also put up all our new exterior light fixtures. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

Jay and his team exceeded all of our expectations. Having just purchased a house, we wanted to complete the painting before we moved in. From our initial phone call from Los Angeles, to coordinating with my wife in Elk Grove, Jay adopted his schedule to make things happen for us which was crucial. Being new to the area, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Jay was very professional and helpful from the beginning quote through to the end product. He did a detailed walk-through before giving us a quote and asked a lot of helpful questions in order to create a shared vision. Jay and his crew were punctual, respectful, and even completed the job a little ahead of schedule! He is a great with communication and was open and flexible to making changes along the way. The final result was beautiful and Jay is a perfectionist! We would recommend him without hesitation.

Jay and his crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, affordable and accommodating from start to finish. Jay made me aware of any issues and offered immediate solutions when other painters told us that we would have to have additional services performed by another party (such as dry rot repair). He helped select colors that would help my house sell easier when I didn't know what to choose. He was very flexible with scheduling, making the whole project as easy as possible for me.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Jay and his crew did for us. From start to finish Jay kept us informed what they would be doing and the job was finished faster than we expected. My biggest concern going into this project was the prep work before the painting and they did a great job getting the house ready for painting. Jay wasn't the lower bid we received but after talking with him i just liked his approach so went with him. Very glad we did. We have hired him again to do some additional painting inside the house.

Jay was helpful from the start. He pointed out problem areas in our stucco and cracks in the side. His estimate was detailed and gave the exact scope of work. Price was very reasonable and competitive. I chose Jay off of the Angie's List reviews. He contacted me twice before the start date to confirm paint and to schedule another walk through. Once the job started, he and his crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves daily, and corrected any identified issues immediately. The house looks new; no cracks, holes, or visible patches. Excellent work.

Jay and his crew did a fantastic job. I needed the house painted as soon as possible for an inspection. Jay was able to fit me in and with a very reasonable quote. There was a lot of prep work including major trimming on a palm tree. We have had a lot of comments from friends at what a wonderful job it was. Couldn't be happier

Jay from the moment of initial contact was professional and demonstrated he believed in taking care of the customer. When he walked around the house for the bid he took his time and showed us some dry rot we were not aware of. Other painters did not even discuss repairs up front or look for issues. We really appreciate this company's expertise for our painting project. Jays crew did a great job keeping us in the loop and excellent painting job upon completion. If you want a honest company who cares about the customer with a excellent job this is a Awesome company.

1200 SF home. They were honest from the beginning regarding price and the right way to work with the old stucco on our home. They were punctual, got a lot of work done quickly and made us feel comfortable while they had access to our home. I even slept during one of the days because I work nights and it was no issue. The job turned are wonderfully. We had them frame out windows and they knew exactly how to do it with old stucco and walls that aren't straight. They were a professional team and we would recommend them.

Jay and his team's was professional, clean and did a beautiful joy. Jay also saved me a good deal of money by recommending a contractor for additional work that was needed for the paintwork. I will be calling him again.

Jays Painting Service did an outstanding job. I contacted him by phone, and he returned my call promptly. I explained what I needed done. He show up precisely when he said he would to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate (in writing), and told me what the work plan would entail, including the prep-work before the painting. He showed up on time; actually was a little early, with his work crew. They got to work immediately, and finished the job on time. The quality of the work was outstanding. He even used some of his own money to buy extra paint because he had miscalculated the number of gallons of paint. I don't know many contractors who would do that! I would highly recommend this painting contractor to anyone who looking for top-quality work! He gets an A in my book!

Jay and his crew did an excellent job all around. I am very pleased with the paint job. Jay gave me a quote last July, but I was not ready to get the job done. A whole year later I got other quotes then called him back. He honored the original quote he gave me a year ago, even though things have gone up since. Jay was responsive, easy to work with, and worked around my schedule. His crew was great, and took pride in their work. There was a small thing that needed taking care of when they were done, and Jay came out the next day, on a Sunday morning, to Take care of it. There are a lot of painters out there, and you could get a cheaper bid, but I feel really good about the work Jay's Painting service did. Good quality work, good workers, good price and integrity all the way through.

Working with Jay was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I first contacted Jays Painting Service back in May (along with 3 other painting service providers) to receive quotes. Jay was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced and I ultimately decided to hire his company for the job. I contacted Jay to let him know that I wanted to hire them, but had other repairs that needed to be done first, so it would be a few weeks before I could actually schedule it. Jay said that that wasn't a problem and to contact him when I was ready. I was finally able to contact him about a month later and we scheduled the job for mid-July. Jay came out personally the Saturday before the painting was to begin and met with me regarding color choices and final instructions, then his crew arrived to pressure wash the entire house - a major improvement already! The following Thursday, Jay and his crew arrived bright and early and got to work right away prepping to primer and paint. The entire job, including the deck, took only 2 days and I couldn't be happier with the results - the house looks amazing! Jay and his crew took the time and care to make sure that their work is not sloppy - even color changes on corners and textured stucco are flawless! They also went above and beyond and put up the new light fixtures and door hardware I'd purchased ahead of time so that I didn't have to go back out and change them later, and they even secured some of the boards in the deck that had begun to come up before they began painting. Jay and his crew are definitely professionals and I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone local who requires painting services! Thanks Jay and Crew!

Jay and his crew...Josh, Justin and Anton were professional and attentive to detail and they were always early, never late (that's a rare quality, as far as I've seen). They took the time to ask questions and made no assumptions when it came to our needs and wants for everything from the color of the trim and body of the house all the way down to small things like trimming wires left sticking out of the wall by the original housing developer. They made our stucco, last painted when the house was created, look amazing. All cracks and missing pieces were patched and filled. My 8 year old son commented, "Mom! Our house looks brand new. Its amazing!" He was not exaggerating. We have a black rot iron fence in the back yard, a front gate and other rot iron accents on the house that were all looking decrepit. Thanks to Jays, it now looks new again. We've already had a neighbor enquiring about the painting service we used and I suspect there will be more. We'll have a need for interior painting in a couple of years. We will be sure to call Jays to do the job. There price was fair and equivalent to other quotes we collected. There service, however, was exceptional. Thanks guys! Cant say enough about you all. It was a truly great experience. You have made us proud of our home.

Jay & his crew were on time, carefully removed our awning and other hardware and replaced them. It took at least 2 coats of paints and sometimes 3 to cover some dark places with white. They finished in 2 days. They were polite and professional. The quote Jay gave us at our first meeting was the same as final charge, no surprises.

Jay and his crew were meticulous, thorough, polite, and did a fantastic job painting my house. Jay was very easy to work with and had helpful input about my color choices. His years of experience show and he seems to really enjoy what he does, and he does it with much pride and care and without cutting corners. The house looks great. Jay and his crew did a great job for us on our Curtis Park home. They were very punctual and responsive and showed great attention to detail. Jay's communication was very good and everything went smoothly. They also got the job done quickly. Our house looks great and we are very happy. Our house was built in 1928 and we wanted it done right. They did a nice job of restoring some wood that definitely needed some TLC.

Painted interior doors and trim on a pretty big house. They prepped and painted about 20 doors and 8 rooms of trim. They fixed problems we and previous owners created.

I highly recommend Jay's painting company. Jay is quite the character and I enjoyed working with him throughout the process. He made excellent recommendations about paint and trim and i never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want. Jays price was exactly what he quoted and when the job was finished he made sure i was totally satisfied. (which I was!) Its been about 15 years since some parts of the house have been painted and was looking pretty bad in those areas. I also needed them to finish putting new siding up where i had left off before beginning their work. Jay works with Angie's list contractor Robert Calvo to take care of the construction part of his jobs. Both of them working together did an excellent job removing my old siding and insulation.They then re-insulated the walls, and put up house wrap before the new siding was installed. . They then prepped the new siding along with the rest of the house. Scraping, filling holes, caulking and even some bondo work. They trimmed out eve vents and some windows that weren't done with the rough saw like the rest of the house. Jay also recommended that he paint the gutters and downspouts. He patched up portions of the gutter/downspouts that needed it and then painted the spouts the same color as the home and the gutters to match the rest of the trim. Jay and his team were always punctual. They were professional and responsible. It was obvious that Jay and Robert take pride in their work. I will be using Jay and/or Robert for future projects.
