Description of Work: Robert did a home inspection of our units. He appeared early. He was very thorough and detailed oriented. He was familiar with foundations, seismic safety, drywall, doors, roofs & ceilings, windows, electrical, and plumbing. He turned his report over to me the next day, and it was very well documented. His report is my baseline for dealing with contractors. He was very professional, and I would use him again.

We were sure there were substantial problems in critical areas, and decided that a good home inspection was a more reliable tool than contractor estimates. We were concerned about everything - roof, plumbing, electrical, foundation. Harmon's references on Angies List made it an easy choice, and he was everything everyone raved about. Prompt, professional, very open, explaining what he was looking for and what he found every step of the way. When he finished, the report was thorough and we had far fewer major problems than we had feared. We will use him again, and wholeheartedly recommend his services. I hope I am right on the price- to be honest, I don't remember the cost clearly, except that I felt it was money wisely spent!

Description of Work: The absolute best home inspector I have ever used; not only did he arrive on time ( a little early too), was very courteous towards my concerns, and conducted a very thorough inspection, but also included an online report to view that was very comprehensive and explained everything in layman's terms. The report included pictures of affected areas and certian text that could pose a problem are highlighted to help me zero in on the trouble spots easily. The few hundred that I spent for this inspection saved me thousands in repairs that neither me nor my real estate agent found while walking through the house. Will definately use his services again if this house deal falls through. I really felt that he was on the side of the consumer ; his professionalism and ethics are refreshining in today's business environment. A+++
