Description of Work: Mr. Harmon arrived promptly and spent approximately 3 hours doing a thorough inspection of the house starting with the roof, attic, and finishing with the crawl space under the house and foundation, plus outside the house, including the fence as well as appliances, heater, and A/C. . Following his inspection he went over his findings with us, answered any questions we had.The report was e mailed to us and available the next morning. His written report contained the narrative, pictures, videos and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. It was very straight forward and easy to understand. Mr. Harmon was very personable, polite and easy to talk with. We felt at ease having him in our home, felt he did an excellent job and would not hesitate to use him again in the future as well as recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.
