Description of Work: They inspected 2 homes I was considering for purchase. Mr. Harmon was punctual. He arrived before I did and I was 15 minutes early to both appointments. He was thorough and pointed out minute things that I hadn't even noticed. His report of each property was detailed and written in a manner that the average person could understand. He highlighted those things that should be taken care of right away and pin pointed those things to keep an eye on for the down the road. He was friendly and engaging. He's more than an inspector. He's a teacher, the perfect home inspector for the first time home buyer. He's a consummate professional and an excellent choice of inspector for investors too! After Mr. Harmon inspects the home, you'll know exactly what you're getting into and can offer a purchase price or market your home accordingly. I'd recommend his services and his presence to anyone in need of a home inspection!

 + -1 moreFantastic. I contacted Robert on a Tuesday, and he scheduled an appointment for Friday. By the time my agent arrived, he had completed inspecting the front and side yards. I had the report within 48 hours of the completed inspection. Robert was professional and friendly from start to finish. His work was extremely thorough, and gave me confidence that there could not be much that was missed. Robert provided a 5 page summary of the entire inspection, and I took all of the advice that was given and he was correct on all fronts.
Description of Work: Full home inspection on a previously owned home. The home had been vacant far a time, and was in in a trust, so there was no one to speak to about any issues with the home. I feel that Robert uncovered/found any issues that may there, or that would typically be disclosed by a previous owner.

 + -1 moreRobert responded promptly to my request for an estimate. His cost was lower than the contractor recommended by our agent before deducting the $25 Angie's List discount. Robert arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The inspection was much more thorough than ones we've had on previous properties. The inspection was conducted from 9:30 to 12:30 on a Friday and the report was sent less than 48 hours later at 10:53 on Sunday morning.
Description of Work: Robert Harmon inspected our new home, pool, deck, and outbuilding. The inspection took about three hours. Robert provided both a detailed and summarized reports. The summarized report highlighted the items needing repair. The detail showed the condition of all items inspected.
