This company never came you to finalize quote/bid or to schedule any work. It has been 90 plus days!

He never showed up bor called to reschedule.

Really well, they are friendly staff with great pricing. Always willing to help anyway that they can. I felt very secure when speaking to them, never pushed. They worked hard for my business and were very knowledgeable.

They cancelled first appointment. Never called to reschedule we had to call. Person showed up with a bunch of friends or family in a car. He had no ID or anything that proved he was with company. He brought zero equipment and was there not even 5 min. He had to use our ladder. I've never seen anything like it. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible. I am a first time home owner so I learned some good lessons here. Guardian Insulation was the epitome of unprofessional and rude with atrocious work quality. Took 2 no-shows, ill-prepared workcrew and several weeks of enduring written abuse from the owner of the company before I had my work finished and although it will likely perform the job I need it to, it looks like a bunch of middle schoolers went wild with a staple gun and insulation. Shame on Angie's list for recommending this company but more importantly for charging for an Attic Inspection! I had two other companies come do it for free, no questions asked. The attic hatch seal was the tech stapling dollar foam stripping around the hatch...for $69??? Angie's List is ripping off their customers, plain and simple. The only reason I went with Guardian at all was a personal phonecall from the owner, which I now know could not have been more insincere, promising me immaculate work at a heavily discounted price if I could give them a second chance. My mistake. Corporate is in LA and they use poorly trained and equipped (had to borrow my ladder, broom and other clean up equipment) sub contractors to do work in satellite cities. Epic fail for Guardian Insulation and Angie's List but they both got me $$ so I guess I'm the fool. Live and learn!

Apparently there were personnel issues within the company. Had to call back east to the main company. After some back and forth, someone did call to set up an appointment, however, they tried to "hard sell" us up on just how much money (in the thousands) we were willing to spend on insulation. We told them for now we just wanted the inspection. They scheduled the appointment but no one ever showed up. Disappointing, I asked and received a refund.

Guardian Insulation took care of the attic insulation, wall insulation, garage ceiling insulation, and even did a few interior wall insulation for us. They used Blown attic & wall insulation which we came to know was also an excellent fire retardant and radiant barrier. The color matching and paint job was perfect! They are so professional in the way they work and very clean when the job was completed. Brian was the rep and he made it all possible for us. He was so easy going and very friendly. We could tell right away that they cared about the customers and worked with passion. We can already feel the effects of the insulation. The nights are not as cold and the days are not as warm :) We highly recommend them to anyone.

Well, company was responsive. Technician Eric was courteous, conscientious, and very careful.

Called Brian and he was able to set me up with an appointment in 2 days! He sent Eric out and took care of my house like it was his own. He insulated the attic above a room addition to my home. Felt a big difference in the temperature of the room that night. I'm sure my SMUD and PGE bills will be better from now on. Thanks again!

The weather outside is frightful, but inside it's so delightful, since I had my attic and walls insulated. It's been so wet and cold the last 2 weeks, but I'm cozy and warm. It took a couple days, but it was a no hassle experience. They did a good job of cleaning up after and I give them an A. Guardian is just launching in Sacramento, so they had some good deals.

The initial consultation was thorough, informative and no-pressure. The installer was very thorough, clean and courteous. He even created an access hatch in our laundry room as a previous remodel had sealed the original one off. I was skeptical as to how much of a difference it would make, especially since our heater had just broken down but we noticed a huge difference in the chill factor the very first day. Our heating bill in the winter had dropped by at least a third. I hope we are able to have the walls done soon. They got started a little later in the day then they had stated and the job took longer than planned but they kept us in the loop the entire time and overall we are extremely pleased and would recommend Guardian to anyone looking to make their home more comfortable.
