GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO GLASS

This guy showed up took apart the door and said he fixed it. He then proceeded to tell me that now the driver side window switch won't work. I explained to him that that's how I lowered the window in the first place when it broke and that it worked just fine. He then began to try and make excuses and somehow didn't believe me when I told him that I would never reach across from the driver side to the passenger switch to lower a window. In fact you can't reach it from the driver's side. This guy is a scam. He broke it he knows he broke it and he replaced the entire regulator when he didn't need to. Finally I just got tired of this clown because he wouldn't fix it right I paid him and told him to get out of here

I am very unhappy with this business the gentleman showed up on time ,but seemed to be irritated because I had a rack that was partially over the sunroof I actually felt bad I didn't tell him about I told him we could reschedule and I would have it removed, then he said he was pretty sure he could do it. Well there were 3 bolts obstructing the glass from going into places now he wants $50 to remove them took 5 min .OBW HE WANTED CASH originally cost was $475 I had that cash now I have to walk to the ATM for another$50 when I return he tells me there is glass in the track (DAH!)and wants another $150 to vacuum up the glass!.I didn't have the money so now my sunroof doesn't work. I'm pretty sure vacuum is standard procedure in this profession. Furthermore he made me stay on-site while he was doing the job.and when I left to get $50 more he made my wife stand there. I feel stupid for allowing all this. SHAME ON YOU!. I can't believe this happened his reviews are so good. I CHALLENGE HIM TO DISPUTE ME!
