Freeman Roofing

Paid $99 for 15 minutes at the most look around on my roof.

He did a great job and explained everything he was doing. Very polite.

After my purchase, I called and made an appointment a few weeks away. A couple of days before the appt, Mr Freeman called to confirm. On the day of the appointment, he called when he was on his way. He got on the roof, examined it and took pictures, then made necessary repairs. Although my roof was getting old, he said that previous repair had been pretty good and I had a couple years left. He informed me I could possibly lose shingles in a wind storm and if that happens to give him a call. I definitely plan to use him again when I need repair and for another roof when necessary.

Great person, showed up on time. Very knowledgable and honest. Roof was in good shape so it went well. Was available via text and and call post inspection with additional questions. Quick response and fair price. Highly recommend and would use him again. -Scott

well done, arrived on time. He took photos of things I will need to watch on my roof and reset several loose tiles. He explained completely what he did, and what I can do to prevent future problems.

I don't know how good it is as it hasn't rained yet.

It went very well. Jim Freeman arrived promptly (a rare experience for me with contractors) so we were off to a great start. Jim got right to work looking at the roof and reported back to me that it was OK and did not need repairs. He even took pictures to show me how the roof had been successfully repaired by someone who used to live here. I greatly respest his honesty and professionalism since someone could have easily fooled me into thinking I needed costly work done. He even advised me concerning the part of my roof that isn't shingled, telling me its vulnerabilities but advising me to "leave sleeping dogs lie" and instructing me about what to do if it did start leaking at some point. I will call him if and when I do need repairs and I will pass his name on to my friends and neighbors.

It wasn’t negative, it was fine. It was my first interaction with them and he seemed did a good job.

Inspection performed no extra work needed.

Jim was very professional and informative. He came out and accessed the area of damage. He wrote us an estimate of the work that needed to be done. In a few days he sent us a contract to sign by e-mail, which was very convenient for us to sign and send back to him via e-mail. He then emailed us a date that was convenient for us. He also emailed us the day before to confirm the date and time. When the day came to do the work, he called us to let us know when he would arrive. He came and started the job immediately. He then made the repair in a very reasonable time period, cleaned up after himself, and I wrote the check for the amount that was quoted. Jim is a very nice person. He explained to us what caused the leak, which made complete sense to us. We appreciate the work he did, and we would recommend and use Jim again. Thank you!

Initial check up of roof based on coupon from Angie's List. Took photos to show where some repairs were needed. Then scheduled a follow-up repair visit about 2 weeks later (required ordering of tiles), replaced a few broken roof tiles, sealed some of the areas. Overall, happy with the work - Jim showed up when he said he would, and usually called ahead to say whether he was running late, so could work my schedule nicely around that information.

I am hoping that the problem is fixed I would not know until it rains again.

It turned out great. The guy was great. He was just wonderful and he did an excellent job. I thought the price was reasonable. It took me a really long time to finally pin him down and finally get him out there. Once he committed to do the job, he was great. Initially, the guy was just slump and needs somebody in an office if he calls for him. He was truly magnificent. He's one of the best contractors I've ever had do anything. Don't give up on him because once you've got him, he's fabulous. I really like him.

I initially called mr freeman and left a voicemail, citing our issues with four-legged critter(s) invading our attic and that our exterminator suggested getting a roofer to do a thorough inspection for possible entrances. jim promptly returned my call, where he and my husband had a conversation concerning our needs, and scheduled a visit for today. jim was scheduled to arrive at 10am; he called a little after 9am to say he was enroute. based on experience with other contractors, we were pleasantly surprised that he kept his appointment, let alone being early too. :-) at this moment we are keeping our fingers crossed that critters invading our space is a thing of the past!

He was on time, friendly and would use him again.

It went very well. They were hard workers and very congenial. They cleaned and hauled all the debris away when they were done.

I'm not quite sure how to review the service. I believe my roof was inspected and I did receive a phone call about what the inspector found, but not being a roofer - trying to remember and explain to my husband what was said was nearly impossible. I received no written findings of any kind. I don't know if that was to be a part of the service, but I'm not really sure what I paid for. Nice gentleman, very professional, but I don't feel I can adequately speak to value or quality. I may have had improper expectations of the service. As for punctuality, I wasn't there when the work was done so I can't say either way. He arrived on the day he said he would, so I'm sure he was punctual.

At first there was a mixup on schedule but he came out later in the day. He was professional, polite, and explained the service that he provided. A very nice gentleman.

Did a great job on the roof inspection and repair, but could have communicated better. I had to reach out more than once to schedule appointments. Also promised to send me contact information for someone they recommended to do some other work (carpentry or drywall, maybe, I can't remember) but they never followed up with the info. However, the actual roofing work was well done.

Arrived at 11am as originally expected. Went right to work reviewing the roof. Went up and inspected the whole roof and began fixing tiles that needed adjustment. Completed work in about 1 hour. Pleasant and courteous.

Arrived on time, did repairs just as agreed. Pleasant to work with.

Jim was a complete pro, from start to finish. He showed a great deal of sophistication, attention to detail and just plain hard work to get at the problem, assess it, and overcome any obstacles to get the job done. This wasn't the easiest repair, but Jim stuck with it anyways. A+ all the way.

This was an awesome experience. I would use this company again.

Job done quickly without problems. roofer identified 6 tiles which were cracked and needed replacing.
