Description of Work: Want more money for further repair.

Description of Work: I purchased a roofing tune up package on Angie's list. The contractor was punctual and provided photos of damaged tile. He repaired a some tile, per the Angie's List scope of work, but more repairs were required. I hired him to come back and clean and repair additional tiles that were outside the original scope of work. I requested photos of the completed work, and was satisfied the work was done reasonably well, plus the contractor guaranteed his work. In would recommend him.

Description of Work: This was not a very good experience. I ordered the tile roof inspection on 8/15/15. I expected to hear from Freeman Roofing within two days (8/18) according to the information I received from you. After repeated follow up, via email and the Angie's List site, 10 days have now gone by and I have yet to hear from Freeman. I am very leery of paying for a contracted service before the work is performed and this reinforces my cause for concern.

Description of Work: I met with Jim Freeman after contacting him on a date to review my issues on my roof. He was early on our appointment, no problem I informed him that I got his name off Angie's list. I informed him about my tile roof and what I wanted him to check out. He went up on the roof with a chauking gun and after about 10 to 15 minutes came down showed me some pictures he took of some issues he saw plus some broken tile. I thought he was going back up to replace the broken tiles but said that he will email me a cost breakdown of what it would cost to complete the fixing and replacement of tile . I thought that was odd since I was paying already for replacing up to 25 tile as listed in the " Big Deal " ad on Angie's list. Instead I did get an email from Jim with a contract to fix everything discussed including replacing about 12 tiles for $600 plus . Therefore since the work was not completed as identified in the " Big Deal" ad, I am requesting a full refund of me $149.00 for the job not being completed as stipulated in the ad.

Description of Work: Jim installed a new roof on my single story home. He got me the product I wanted, the price was in line with other quotes, and I was confident in his work and his crew. He had Billy lay the roof and Jim did all the flashings and installed a sun tunnel over the kitchen. Jim was extremely professional and paid close attention to detail. Of note--the ONE DAY I had my roof removed, it rained! and Jim called his crew back to the job and wrapped the roof. He got the required permits and inspections and knew what he was talking about. I'm extremely happy with my new roof. It remains to see it perform in winter rains, but I'm very confident it will not leak. I highly recommend Jim.

Description of Work: Mr Freeman and I did have some trouble getting together. When he arrived, he was able to make some light repairs and give me some information regarding eventually replacing the roof.
