He did the inspection and repaired a couple tiles.

Following the inspection my wife was presented with a quote for $600 to fix tiles. She asked for the pictures and was told by Jim that he would send them to her that evening. Two days later, after not receiving anything fromJim, an email was sent asking for the photos to review before scheduling any repairs. No response. I sent another email a week later requesting a copy of the photos. We have not received any response and of course no photos. Terrible customer service. The lack of response and lack of photos has me questioning both the quality of service and the quote for additional services. I cannot recommend Jim and will not be using him for any future services.

He was clear in what he was doing, what he found, and didn't try to sell me any additional work I didn't need. He also removed the leaves that had collected in the roof valley for me. I am very pleased and will definitely call him if I have trouble at a later date!

Having prepaid for the services we were not only looking for a roof inspection, but and assessment as well as a quote for services (roof repair or replacement). After not hearing from Mr Freeman for almost 10 days after paying for the services, he finally came on site and preformed the inspection and overview as detailed for the payment provided. At that point we were expecting a quote for the more advanced services that were required. Again I had to track him down to get the quote, then upon reviewing the quote and accepting the quote, we did not hear from him for over a week, at that point I gave up and we engaged another company to provide the services. I understand if business is good, but no contact, is a sign that things may not go well, I would suggest another company if you are looking for similar services.

It went to my satisfaction. Was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. Explained what he did & gave suggestions of what needed to be done in the near future.

Freeman insisted that the roof was so old (25 years on a 30 year roof) that the whole roof needs to be replaced (my insurance company says only 2/4 sections need to be replaced). What I really asked for was an inspection to see what specifically was damaged from the strong wind and storms, not just an estimate to replace the whole roof. He refused to give me an assessment of just how much of the roof had been damaged by wind. He also wasn't very specific with the estimate that was given, and didn't itemize everything so I could give the facts to my insurance company. I feel like the estimate was pure bait-and-switch because he left out some significant portions of the job required to change from wooden shakes to composition shingles.

Could not be happier with the work Jim Freeman did on my roof. He was prompt, professional and, most importantly, listened to my issues and concerns. He asked the right questions, understood what I wanted to accomplish (meet requirements for new insurance company and prolong the life of the roof) and came up with a plan. Did the work when he said he would, left the area cleaner than he found it.

The inspection was completed on time.

A few minor repairs were included in the basic fee. No additional charges

Jim Freeman was very professional and provided excellent service. He took photographs of my roof so I could observe as he was giving me the report. I would definitely recommend Jim and will call him again if I need work on my roof.

They did a great job. I think they did a great job. I thought they were comparable to everyone else, several estimates. There were 4 people that came out to complete the service, they came 2 days, I think everybody came each day but I'm not sure. It took 2 days to complete the services. They left the area very clean, very good. The workers were very professional, very nice.

Deal was to inspect roof and replace up to 12 shingles/tiles. He was very courteous and even early for the appointment. There was a bad storm at the time of my appointment; he should have rescheduled for his safety. He got up on the ladder long enough to take a picture of the problem and give me a quote for repair. I pointed out missing shingles. He did not replace them. Essentially, I paid $99 for an estimate.

This is an Angie's List scam. I paid $99 for a roof inspection/repair through Angie's List. The company has never bothered to contact me back to set up an appointment. BEWARE!
