Description of Work: They stripped my old shake roof and hauled it away, then replaced it with a new "cool roof". It looks great!!

Description of Work: Jim did a thorough job of inspecting the roof, fastening loose tiles and re-sealing vents. He recommended additional work to replace underlayment near roof edges before next house painting and repair of wood trim.

Description of Work: He wasn't able to help because of the composition of my roof tiles but he did give me great advice on the type of roof repairs needed and what to do. I would definitely feel comfortable hiring him for a future job. He really is knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and some repair. One thing would help: the service should include a quick pre/inspection to see if the roof pitch is ok for the full service.

Description of Work: He did the job very quickly (15-20 minutes) and seemed like he was in a hurry to leave and not spend the time necessary to complete the entire job. I have a large roof and I was hoping for a more complete thorough and perhaps even some pictures of my roof to show what needed repair. He told me I had some tiles broken but provided no pictures of the damage tiles. Makes you wonder if they were actually broken. I think 150.00 for 20 minutes of inspection is too high a price for what you get.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection initially. Jim was thorough and provided an estimate for repairs that day. He came later that month and performed the repairs as noted. Jim returned calls promptly and it was a good experience overall.

Description of Work: He came to check the tiles on my roof and Mr. Freeman was very professional. He arrived a couple of minutes before our scheduled appt and was easy to talk to him. |He showed me pictures of the roof and based on what he saw gave me an honest opinion about the roof. I forgot what I paid for the special offer via Angie's list.

Description of Work: As stated in a previous email contact and with the customer service rep; The contractor came to the house and did an estimate of work to repair my roof. There was no work done, no tools used(only a cell phone for pictures). The agreement stated it was a $430 dollar value for a roof "tune up" which included up to 25 tiles refastened, grommets replaced, etc. all for $150. Again, there was no work done at all only an estimate for $1850.When I asked him if he is going take $150 off for the Angie's list agreement he said - Oh you did this through Angie's list, yes I'll take the $150 off the estimate. I'm convinced he didn't realize he was there to fulfill a Angie's list contract because all he did was an estimate. After the contractor left I contacted two roofing companies; Elite Roofing and Gold Country Roofing; both companies stated they did not charge for estimates. That is when I contacted Angie's list through the web site and called your customer service department to request a full refund.

Description of Work: I ordered the tile roof tune up (coupon code Tile Roof-1875914-1) through Angie's List on March 31, 2015. After several attempts (telephone tag) to reach Jim Freeman to schedule my tune-up, I agreed to let him come on April 24, 2015 in my absence. He called that day and left his report on my message recorder. I followed up with an email to him on 4/26/15 requesting a written report for my home maintenance records. I gave plenty of time before calling again for at least an email report. He emailed a report on 6/8/15 outlining his inspection and activities. He apologized for the "delay in your report, we typically don't send out reports. Angie's list should have given you the particulars on what the service was". I felt that without the report, I really could not confirm that I received the service that I paid for. Thank you.
