Description of Work: looked at my roof, did not replace broken shingle saying it's not bad will just put plaster, saw numerous loose nails lying on the roof but said it's ok to leave them there

Description of Work: They were excellent. My only (not even complaint) was that they said they would be here on a Monday but didn't come until late in the day so it took another day to finish. You could tell because our job was smaller that they came at the end of their day to start and finish ours but I think they did a good job. The rains have started so we will find out but they were professional and great to work with!

Description of Work: We bought an Angie;s list tune up. It was fine. We had a few cracked/slipped tiles and he repaired them and repair a flue. It was fine. Nothing special, just a simple tune-up.

Description of Work: It took a couple of visits, but the roof problem appears to be solved. Very professional and would absolutely recommend to others.

Description of Work: I am so glad I did the roof tune up! I had purchased a 50 year roof from a "BIG BOX" store 13 years ago and have been having problems with the roof. |They had already been out several times to fix problems. I found out when the roof inspection was done that there were even more problems and the shingles on one side of the roof had only a 30 year shingle! I called the big box store based on what Jim found and after several phone calls and several frustrating months I received a complete new roof. Jim saved me and I would use him again if I ever need help with my roof!!

Description of Work: Completed the inspection and found several problems. Some we were aware of which is why we had the roof checked. We were very pleased with the knowledge, skill and the quality of the work. Would definitely call them if we need more roofing work.

Description of Work: Provider came out to look at our roof. He climbed his ladder, looked onto the roof (from the ladder), explained a way to help us with a temporary repair, said he'd get back to us with more details. That was six days ago and we've heard nothing.

Description of Work: Was very informative but did extremely sloppy work. Would have been better just to leave it alone, versus gluing together cracked tiles with white glue and not even putting them together straight. One piece even fell back off 3 days later and thank god no one was there to have it land on their head. I had made ample tiles available to replace rather than glue and he chose to go the sloppy route. Glue even dripped down in my freshly washed windows and he did not clean it off. I then gave him an opportunity to come back and fix it and he did not, saying that I just regretted buying this deal to begin with and was looking for a way to get my money back - which also did not happen. I then paid another much more respectable roofer to repair this awful job. No pride in work and horrible customer service.

Description of Work: They inspected, suggested, and repaired roof damages so as to enable me to sell my home. It went well. They did not suggest "busy" work, were up front and honest, arrived on time, did an excellent job and I am very satisfied.
