Description of Work: I asked to fix a possible roof leak. Stains apparent in my ceiling. After the job was done and months passed, stain in my ceiling continues to expand. I asked him to re-evaluate the problem. It took him weeks to come take a look. His recommendation: run water over my roof with a hose for 2 hours to rule out where leak is coming from as he couldn't figure out where the leak is coming from. I hired a different roofer through Home Improvement and fixed the real problem.

He provided me with a verbal description of the work he performed, and told me he would e-mail me photos and a detailed summary of the roof work performed, but he has not done so. Description of Work: They performed a "tuneup" on our roof. Fixed a couple tiles, resealed a few things and did an overall check. They were better priced than the company that did the roof inspection when we were buying the house. They were great in setting up a time to come and due to things out of their control they were late, but they called in advance and let me know and gave a better ETA which still worked out great for us. I'd use them again if needed and recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed 3 new five-ridge |sheetmetal valleys. Replaced broken roof tiles. Removed one area of about 100 tiles, and added two 2x6x8 ft additional roof supports to prevent sagging then new plywood sheeting and reset the tile. Replaced two other sections of roof plywood that had rotted. |Added one downspout. Did a nice job.
