They came out when they said they were going to. They worked two days to finish the job. It was harder than they have anticipated but they followed through and the worker did a nice job, cleaning up after themselves. Overall we are very satisfied. I would use them again.

They were very responsive. I think I would expect more detail on the quote. It was much more than just the here's the big picture cost. They should have broken up the quote by few things or there's a choice between steel and wood.

Went great until the guy hit a sprinkler line, but there was no way for any of us to have known it would right next to a post. I would have hit it too if it would have been me digging. Overall great service!

It went great. Everything as promised and on time. Did one side first and we were so happy we got them back for teh other side about 12 months later.

This is the second time we have used Freedom Fence. They replaced our back fence several years ago, and did an outstanding job. So, when the side fence had 3 post break we called them first. They were able to replace 3 broken posts in one day and fixed the fence so it looked great.

Terrible product and they do not stand behind it. I have paid them a large sum of money to build not only a wood fence but also a chain link fence behind it. Our property backs up to a creek and a dog was able to break through it when it was brand new. I then decided to have the chain link fence behind it so I would not have to worry about it. There are parts on the chain link fence that are not secured. About a year later the nails started to become loose so my tenant had to hammer them back in place. The gate has since been falling apart and a post has come out of the ground. This is unacceptable. I have even had them come out to the property. They always say they will talk to their boss and get back to me. I have made multiple phone calls and this has not been addressed or repaired! I would never recommend this company. It has become a huge waste of money!

Good. They did pretty much what I expected. They were mostly gentle with plants around the fence. They provided us with a less expensive option. They were timely.

The service was friendly, on time, very responsive, and very professional, all the way from the quote visits to the actual work. The work went without incidents, with a very professional crew, and the quality of the finished fence was excellent. My fence looks beautiful. They honored the initial quoted price despite finding some inconsistencies with newer estimate at the end of the work. I would definitely hire them again. In fact I am planning to do that once our last neighbor decides that it is time to replace our fence.

The finished product is amazing looking and solidly built. We are very happy with the results.

Excellent. Estimator on time, thorough and knowledgable. Company got back with quote within 2 days. Set up appointment for about 10 days out. The men came and installed the fence and gate in less than 3 hours. They were pleasant, professional and cleaned up after themselves. A class act. Will use them again.

The men removed the old fence and replaced it with a 6' redwood fence.

Showed up on time and did a nice clean job. The neighbors are happy because the section we replaced looks better than the original fence. Would definitely use them again.

I had hired them previously to put in a gate, and they did good work for me then, too. They did an excellent job and I’d definitely recommend them. Not only do they take the old fence down, but they take the old fence with them. They provide good service overall.

Arrived on scheduled day and did all the fence work but due to rain and strong winds, replacement of lattice had to wait a day. Stefon and Justine did excellent work. Clean up at the end of job was excellent. Communication by the office staff was excellent as well. Would highly recommend this provider!

It went very well. Workers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and explained thoroughly everything they were going to do. I was well-pleased with the results.

They were slow in giving me a bid but they were rated and ldquo;Aand rdquo;. However the price they gave us for the estimate was very high. So I am looking around for other companies. They were very punctual as far as giving me the estimate. They did not call me why I was not getting my estimate and I kept on calling them and they kept on telling me that somebody will get back to me. It took them two weeks to get the estimate which I thought was very long because he came out right away to do the measurements. He said he had problems with the vendor. But I think they could have called and informed me.

Wanted steel posts instead of wood which of course made the cost higher but I'm sure will be worth it in the long run. They were to arrive on Friday morning at 9AM. Unfortunately they had a flat tire on their fully loaded truck while in route. Their office called and informed me they would be late which I appreciate very much. They were very professional and worked very hard to complete the job in just two days as promised. The work was outstanding and my neighbor and I are very pleased with the quality of the fence. I would use this company again.
