The estimator called when he said he would call, came when he said he would come, and gave me good advice.

I spoke with several fencing companies about replacing 70 linear feet of dilapidated redwood fencing. Freedom Fence was the only company that provided a clear bid and took my desired style of fence into account. All personnel that I interacted with were responsive, professional, and courteous. They completed the job on time and to my satisfaction. I have since recommended them to several neighbors and will be calling them back to replace the rest of my perimeter fence.

Mike was very punctual, friendly, thorough, and was willing to work in the pouring down rain even though we said we could reschedule for him. He took his time, examined the fence to be replaced/repaired, and told us we would receive a bid via e-mail in a few days. However, we never got the bid. No phone call, no follow up, nothing. In my book, if you tell someone you're going to do it, well you had best follow through. Blowing off a customer is no way to maintain a business.

excellent! I contacted Freedom Fence and Mike came out to give me a free estimate promptly. He was very friendly and professional. We discussed what I wanted and we looked over the area and decided exactly what I wanted and how he could do the job. He took the measurements and went back to the office and emailed me a proposal for the job. I was getting another estimate also, so I told him That I would soon make a decision. In a couple of days, I received a letter from Mike thanking me for the opportunity to present me with an estimate and explaining that customer service and quality service was an important goal of his company. In a few days, he called to see if I had made a choice and expressed his desire to do a good job for me. I finally selected Freedom Fence . I called to inform him and he immediately scheduled the job for 2 days later. The fence was installed today and it is beautiful. I love it! The workers were professional and answered all my questions. They worked hard and completed the in about 4 hours. I am very satisfied.

I had a small section of fence that needed replacement, I called yesterday afternoon and they finished early this morning. Quick and painless process, good job on fence.

I got 3 bids. Freedom fencing offers the lowest bid. They showed up on-time, even a few minutes early. Consulted w/ the homeowner first before starting the job. They removed and replaced several fence posts exactly as what they promised. The new posts seem pretty good and secure. They charged the same price as the quote. No headache, no surprises. In short, I am very content with the price, quality of work, and the service.

They did it really fast and did an amazingly good job. It only took them one day. They took away all the old stuff. Our experience was excellent. They came out and gave us an estimate and the price was right on with their estimate. They used all the stuff they had. The job was very well done and they were very professional. We would definitely use them again.

Very professional, and very quick too. I thought the whole job would take a 5-6 hours with the cement. They were in and out in under 3 hours. Both of the installers were very nice. They asked me which way I would like the gate to open to be sure I was satisfied. Before they left they even offered some tips about a choke valve on my outdoor facet that was mitigating water pressure. I didn't even know that! If I ever need a fence replacement I'm definitely going with this company. :)

I felt fortunate that I was off of work the day of the job. Removal went well, but I really feel that if I wasn't around quite a few things would have been done poorly with regard to quality of work. I could spell out numerous occasions with which the men performing the work changed what they would have done. A few items were: a portion of the fence at 90 degree wasn't going to be level to the rest (due to them needing to dig around 6 inches into ground - which I did) until I pointed out to them. One post was in concrete and when they replaced the concrete, they didn't smooth out the opposite side (driveway side). Additionally, instead of putting screws in to bolster the fence to the house, they started with nails. When I asked them to put large screws (that is what had been there with old fence), they said 'nails are guaranteed for 1 year'. With regard to professionalism, when I had some other contractor over to look at exterior of home, they called some of their friends over and we (awkwardly) discussed my homes' exterior.

From the estimator to the installers everybody was friendly, courteous, professional, and prompt. Very fast installation and well built. In 4 hours we had about 75 feet of new fence.

The entire transaction from start to finish went extremely well. We received a written estimate without any delay, we scheduled an appointment to have the work performed two days later, and above all the installers did a great job. We would highly recommend this company and definitely use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Their estimate was less than their competitors. I did not choose Freedom Fence because another company offered the specific fence posts that I wanted. Had I gone with standard posts, I would have chosen Freedom Fence. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

I thought they were very efficient and on time. There were 2 workers, one who actually did the work and put up the fence, the other did clean up and hauling. When they left everything was clean and neat.

Bid process was excellent. Price was excellent. Work crews were just average and quality of job not up to my expectations. Tried to contact office when crew and I had a dispute but office did not respond until days later. Warranty work was done but not completed because they came when we were not home.

The experience was totally positive. The office staff set up the appointment for me, and when they found out I wouldn't be able to be there, they offered to leave an estimate. Scott then called me to give me the estimate and explain what was included, etc. He was very professional and cordial. I compared the estimate to the others I had gotten and decided to go with this company, not just because of the price, but because the estimate included items that the other companies had neglected to include. The day of the installation I received a call from the office confirming the time of install. The day of installation, I received another call from Steve to confirm what they were going to do and to let me know approximately what time the guys would arrive. Steve and Ernesto arrived early and started working. They were both professional and cordial as well. We discussed a few options and Steve talked to my neighbor to ensure she was okay with the fence line which needed to be adjusted a bit onto her property in order to avoid a tree. The guys were absolutely great--did a really nice job on the fence and retaining wall and gate. Steve even checked my other gate and noticed that the latch wasn't catching, so he even fixed that! This company and the guys who work for them are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Steve and Ernesto! And hats off also to Scot, and to Ricki (I'm not sure how to spell her name, but she works in the office and also provides excellent customer service)!

He was very thorough in his estimate and took everything into consideration so I knew exactly what everything would cost. They were here right on time and were ready to go. They did a good job and very quickly at that. They did a superb job cleaning up even doing a little extra at not additional charge. They entire experience was great and I would definitely use them again.

They were quick and efficient in giving the bid, and were fine about giving multiple bids as I moved from a 7' fence to a 6' fence and decided to go with steel posts. The clean-up was complete, and the fence looks great. They exercised common sense in deviating from the original plan as necessary without delaying the project and overall did a very professional job.

I thought they were a great company. They did a wonderful job and I liked them a lot. They quoted me one price and called back a week later and dropped the price $800.00 for me because it was such a big job and they got a deal on the wood it needed.

Estimator showed up on time and was very professional. Installers were prompt, quickly took down the old fence and put up the new fence. Problems arose when installers ran out of lumber due to a measurement error. It took longer to do the fence because of that. The installers did excellent work and left the area clean when finished.

Estimator showed up on time and was initially reasonable. Problems arose when the PGE marked gas lines on property where fence was supposed to be placed. Has some difficulty with communication with initially estimate; met with superior and problems were fixed. Work crew were on time, conscientious and friendly. Clean up and haul away was excellent. Another problem arose regarding specification for board on board and after discussion, fence was completed to my satisfaction.

Mike, the estimator, showed up on time (after having called the previous day to re-confirm the appointment). When changes in the work had to be made, the new estimate was developed immediately. The workmen showed up on time and were very polite. The work was well done and they cleaned up and hauled away the old fence and branches they had to trim. They were GREAT!

Outstanding service from the bid process to the completed job. This is the 2nd time in 4 years that I have hired this company. Previous work has stood the test of time and led me to hire this company for a 2nd job. I was not disappointed.

Poor quality wood, installer broke my water sprinkler pipes and reparied it incorrectly. Was not careful in digging up the post. Poor work in putting up the side gate. The company did try to make amends by returning and replacing the bad fence material.

WE CALLED THREE OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE BY FAR. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR PERFORMANCE.
