+ -1 moreHe gave me a contract for flat price which was local in California responsible to pick up my car and drop off in Virginia. They picked my car on Dec 8th, evening. The drive who picked up was nice and even responded to my calls. They started giving me updates about the driver through text. Sheyla was especially very helpful. I was anxious because it was my first time shipping my car so I didn't know what to expect. Sheila told me that my car would arrive on schedule but they were not be able to deliver it at my address in Virginia because it was residential and the truck wasn't able come through the dirt road to my house. They call and said they could drop it off less than a mile from my house. Then they finally confirmed that the driver would reach at 11:30 pm at night at a gas station, which was 6 mins away from where I lived. Sheila tracked the driver through her GPS and he made it at 11:30 pm. My car was in the same condition. They promised that it would be 7-10 days. I received it in exactly 7 days, excellent timing. They communicated so I was able to track it on time. Overall I highly recommend Flat price moving and auto shipping company.
Description of Work: I recently worked with flat price auto shipping to transport my car from California to Texas. Their rate was reasonable than most other companies quotes. Bill was very helpful in making the arrangement within a day. He spoke on the phone to understand my requirements and emailed me contracts to sign via email. Very efficient. He was very clear about the time it would take for my car to reach Texas.

+ 0 moreThe agent who took our call was very detailed and took down all the info we gave them. He did not take ask for my credit card detail on our first call and said they would charge us after the delivery, which made me feel at ease since its our first time. The agent told me that I will get a confirmation email and a phone call two days before the actual delivery date. I got a confirmation email same day. On the day of shipping we got a message from Sergio and our designated moving team. Sergio and the guys came in a few minutes early. They were very thorough and followed instructions like we instructed. Our whole house was packed up in less than three hours. Similarly Sergio and team arrived a few minutes early at the destination and unloaded in two hours. We are happy with the service and would gladly recommend flat price movers to our friends and family.
Description of Work: I had to relocate from Sacramento to Utah. Looked up several movers. Some promised really quick delivery but were charging way too much.There were others who we thought were reasonably priced, but would have to wait a week or two. We contacted flat price moving based on my uncle's recommendation and past experience, we wanted this move to be smooth.
