 + -1 moreIt was a linux system, which they were familiar with. It was pretty simple, and they fixed it and gave me some good instruction on how to open and close the case, as well as how to do other hardare-related things. I learned a lot.
Description of Work: Ordered a new laptop battery for me and, when it arrived, they installed it.

 + -1 moreHis name is Adam and he is very good and very thorough. He stopped by since I live fairly close and he didn't charge me for that. I was recently bringing back my computer from some servicing that he did and I took a bad fall, and the computer went up in the air and came down and crashed. My grandson took the computer over to him and he did the whole thing and didn't charge me a penny for it. He is a very good man. He is very professional and very courteous. It is a small office and there are only two people in there. It is located in a shopping center with a huge parking lot, so there is always plenty of parking there.
Description of Work: I use Fix My Computer! for computer service and repairs. I was having problems with a new program and he stopped by my house and spent some time working on it for me.
