Very knowledgeable. Never to busy to take your questions. Quick to return calls. Does everything they can to keep costs down. Just a great company that really take an interest and care about their clients.
Description of Work: In home repair, service and maintenance over several years. Built new computer for us. We are very pleased with the computer.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID IT. LATER, I HEARD ABOUT A SECURITY PROBLEM ON TV ABOUT WIRELESS NETS. I CALLED HIM TO FIND OUT IF HE HAD SCRAMBLED THE WIRELESS CONNECTION. HE TOLD ME HE NEVER INSTALLS ANY NET WORK UNLESS IT IS SCRAMBLED. I THINK I MIGHT HAVE HURT HIS FEELINGS BUT I WAS LEFT FEELING GOOD ABOUT THE WORK HE DID.
Description of Work: MY DAUGHTER HOOKED OUR LAPTOP AND OUR DESKTOP ON A WIRELESS NET HERE AT HOME. UNFORTUNATELY, IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. MY WIFE WAS SPAMED TO THE POINT SHE COULD NOT USE THE MACHINE. STEVE CAME IN. HE CLEANED UP THE COMPUTER. FIXED THE SECURITY. INSTALLED FIREWALL SOFTWARE. SWITCHED US TO MOZILLA FIREFOX INSTEAD OF INTERNET EXPLORER. HE ADDED MEMORY TO MY WIFE'S LAPTOP. THE SYSTEM NOW WORKS VERY WELL WITHOUT THE BOTHERSOME POPUPS.
