FAR EAST PLUMBING

Description of Work: We had a sewage line break in the crawl space under our house. We called our home warranty company, First American, at 2 p.m. yesterday (Saturday) and they told us a plumber would call us within 3 hours and would be there within 8 hours. At 9 a.m., 7 hours and three calls and one email to them later, they finally said they couldn't find a plumber and suggested we look for one ourselves that they would pay for. I caller Far East, who had done work for us before. They answered the call at home that night and made an appointment to be here at 9 a.m. today (Sunday). They arrived on time, inspected the mess, and gave us an price of $500 to clean up the spill and fix the break. After First American approved the price, Far East went right to work, cleaned up the spill, and repalced the cracked pipe. They also discovered that an earlier patch on the crack came loose under pressure because the sewage line leading out of the house was cloggest with roots. They gave us a price of $160 to clear the roots, which First American did not cover. They were done iwth all the work in a few hours/

Description of Work: They found a problem with one of our sewage pipes and fixed the problem.
