Description of Work: The main job was removing a large limb from our flowering pear tree that had crashed into our yard. We had other trees that needed trimming as well. They did everything we asked and managed to fit us into their busy schedule in a timely manner. Their arborist gave us some good advice about caring for our trees and all their workers were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Very good. A little late, but did most all what we wanted done. Could only stay for 5 of the seven hours of the contracted time. The owner said that he would send his people back some time in the first two weeks of August. Have not heard back from him yet.

Description of Work: Serviced Valley Oak tree in our front yard. Removal of all dead, broken and diseased branches 3/4" and larger. Removed all crossing and rubbing branches. Thined the ends of lateral branches with excess weight to reduce the chances of limb failure. Installed support cable.

Description of Work: We had them come out for an estimate to prune 11 Palm Trees that have been neglected for many years before we purchased the home. | |The places where I rated low were related to the estimator, he called just before the appointment, that made me feel less than a viable customer. They have to have a certain amount of work to even come out to estimate the job. | |Then when here he made several comments, that were not warrented, and did not help me understand why it would cost $600 per tree to clean up palm trees. | |I asked how the work is done, and it was vague and did not reflect the amount of work of cost per tree. I was looking for him to tell me that he had to bring out equipment, or something that escalated the price so much. | |We have received other quotes that are much cheaper, so we are still trying to understand the costs that he provided. | |

Description of Work: Trimmed branches off my roof and thinned out my overgrown yard. I paid for a 3 hr appointment as one of the Angies List specials. The workers were polite and did a good job. The only reason for the B's were it took awhile for the owner to get back to me. I never saw or heard from him again during or after the job was done. They were supposed to start at 8 and didn't show up until well after 9. But I would use them again and I have referred them to neighbors.

Description of Work: They trimmed my large silver maple tree and cut back an overhanging branch of a neighbor's trees. They were courteous, careful with my property and garden art, efficient and great to work with. They cleaned up everything! |I definitely recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: We were getting a new roof and solar installed and needed several trees reduced in height as well as proximity to roofline. We also had 3 trees that had some dead limbs very high up and some other pruning. Crew was courteous and efficient. Initial estimate given by knowledgable arborist.

Description of Work: Fallen Leaf removed two large ash trees and trimmed the 30 ft sweet gum in our front yard. They also trimmed back the sycamore in our neighbors yard that was hanging over our roof. A subcontractor completed the stump grinding. The work and cleanup that was done was great. The work crew had safety in mind and were courteous. They coordinated their arrival in advance and provided updates on the work as it went along.

Description of Work: Heavy pruning of several trees and removal of one dead tree

Description of Work: Removed small ash tree, about 20 feet tall, from front yard about 5 feet from house. Cut stump close to ground - AT&T did not want them to use power equipment since it was only a foot from their data cable. |The crew arrived right when promised. They removed the tree without hittint the house and cleaned up the yard in about an hour. Both the estimator and crew foreman were friendly, easy-going people.

Description of Work: We had a large tree in our front yard that needed to be trimmed. The price was a bit steep, but compared to some of the other quotes, it seemed average. They did not perform the work while we were home so I cannot really speak to how they worked.

Description of Work: The folks from Fallen Leaf removed two trees and grounds the stumps. They cleaned everything up and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Description of Work: Certified arborist came first. He was polite, concerned, and able to advise. Tree trimmers came in a few days after. I appreciated that they were careful and didn't smash my roses etc. Miquel was particularly customer service oriented. I paid cash for a 10% discount which I appreciated. The work was well done and I would use them again.
