Description of Work: Fallen Leaf was fabulous starting with promptly bidding the work less than their competitors, returning my calls and showing up on time the day of the job. Their expert crew efficiently removed two mature 50-60 foot redwoods from a 6 foot wide space between my home and fence, accomplishing the challenging task not only ahead of schedule but without any damage to my home or property. I give them an excellent rating and would not hesitate to refer or use them for tree care in the future. |

+ -1 moreEstimator came out at the appointed time; no 4-hour "window" nonsense. After deciding to go ahead with the work, an appointment was made promptly. The crew came on time, actually talked me through the work to be done and sought my input. They were done in less than three hours and that included raking up all the pesky balls that had fallen off the Liquid Amber. Do you know what that's worth??? I fully intend to hire them for future work. Estimates were in the "reasonable" ballpark.
Description of Work: Trimmed and shaped two trees; a Liquid Amber and an English Hackberry.

Dave Mercado, who gave the estimate and supervised the job, was very knowledgeable about trees and gave very good advice on the best way to trim them. All of the workers were very polite and friendly.
Description of Work: Three trees, an oak, a eucalyptus and a stone pine were thinned. All three trees are very tall and required a lot of rigging.

+ -1 moreArrived on time and quickly removed two Chinese Talo trees in about 45 minutes. Raked fallen leaves and removed all debris. Called later in the day to schedule grinding the stumps. Came two days later and ground stumps and left the areas ready for reseeding. I will call them in spring to spray our diseased Sycamore tree in the front yard.
Description of Work: Removed two Chinese talo trees in my backyard grassy area. Looked at my Sycamore tree in the front yard and advised spraying in the spring twice to deal with disease. Estimate for removing two trees was almost equal to the estimates I received for removing one tree.
