I contacted them through Angie's List because they advertised Saturday hours, gave a discount and said they took credit cards. I sent them a message and they said to call them. I called them and the guy tried to make me feel guilty for wanting him to work on Saturday... which I did... so set up an appointment for after work on Tuesday. They didn't show (I had gone in to work early and left work early to get home for them). They called again and apologized and we arranged another time. I expected 2 guys and only one came. He said he would install outlets in the walls for the mounted TVs, he didn't. Angie's List said he gives a 10% discount. He originally quoted me $450, and because he missed his first appointment, he said he would only charge me $400. He spent about 2 hours and gave no discount besides his discount for missing an appointment. He connected things and bundled the cords... they were so tight I couldn't move the TVs. The RF headphones didn't work and he connected things that didn't need to be connected. He then said his ability to take credit cards was down so could I pay in cash? I felt totally manipulated. I didn't give him an F because he was nice and I thought he may just be young and will learn how to treat customers in a year or so.
Description of Work: I needed 2 TV mounts installed and connected.

Job was not done, never even received a quote.
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to give me a quote for an installation of a home theater. He came to the home, was very thorough as he discussed a plan with me. He told me that he would get back to me in 48 hours. 5 days later, he told me he would get back to in 2 days, and in 3 stays he told me to feel free to go with another vendor.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a new receiver for my surround system and needed assistance in reconfiguring wiring and speakers, etc. James was prompt in replying, showed up as scheduled, and performed the work in about an hour just as he anticipated. He is experienced and very knowledgeable and I am thoroughly pleased with the results.

Excelon came to my house installed (hung) 60 in TV hide the wires and installed a sound bar. This was done with a great professional attitude and work ethic. Excellent work I will hire them again.
