I ve not had the fence installed yet but the quoting process was very easy. It was done virtually so they could see the existing fence.

Took a very long time for them to find a subcontractor to do the work, the project mgr, never seemed to know anything. The fence installed with black mold, took another month for them to fix the problem. The fence install two months ago and we still have not received a bill that is correct. The company wanted us to pay the entire bill for 3 families and collect from them. The contract stated 6ft fence with nails, they used staples. If their manager(s) would explain upfront they used subcontractors, it would make it easier to understand why they could not give us a start dates for over two months. Return calls in a timely fashion would have been nice. I will just stop here, as I could go on.

The consultant in the beginning was great, the manager during the process was good but a little flaky for appointed meeting to do walk through and didn’t communicate an issue around rain very well, the installation process was great and he did a wonderful job on the fence, though it was not communicated to him about a change we made to the order, they got it addressed and installed the fence as ordered.

I hired Ergeon to install a basic chain-link fence to my home. The process from start to finish has been very stressful. The pre-visit was very unprofessional as the foreman Carlos arrived significantly late with zero communication. Once Carlos arrived he was done with his walkthrough and measurements within 3-5 minutes. Fast forward to the install day. Carlos left his employee alone to install the fence as I was told by the quality manager, he left to go to another job. My fence was installed incorrectly which was confirmed by the quality manager. After Carlos again sent someone alone to fix the issues, the corrections were not completed. After weeks of waiting and being told all corrections would be completed, I am now left with a fence that has been horribly installed. It has now been a month since the installation and Eregon has now refused to make any corrections to my fence. I would not recommend this contractor to install anyone fence at all.

Ergeon was very quick to get back with me and answer my calls. They are fantastic about getting back to you quickly. They do a virtual meeting to go over everything and give you a quote and then they send a guy out to measure and make sure their quote is accurate. I wanted a hog wire panel fence. There was a bit of a hiccup in scheduling the installation because they needed supplies shipped in. I'm a tiny bit disappointed because the installers showed up with a roll of welded wire that they stapled to a wood frame-so it wasn't framed panels. I still love the look of the fence but I think the idea got lost along the way.
