Description of Work: Eddie Mullins Landscape installed drip irrigation in the back and front yard trees |and bushes, installed new lawn edging, and laid down about 14 cubic yards of mulch to help reduce the evaporation from the timed watering. Each old sprinkler head put out almost 200 gallons of water per hour, and now each drip irrigation emitter puts out about 2 gallons of water per hour--a significant saving. | |Given the severe drought in the state, it was just the right thing to do. This contractor is licensed and insured. His crew is skilled, personable and does a very good job overall. They are extremely busy and will show a tiny bit late, but the quality of their work more than makes up for this. I would not hesitate to hire Eddie Mullins Landscape in the future.

Description of Work: Consultation on modification of sprinkler system. Was advised that at this time we should only change our sprinkler timing. If insufficient it would be better to wait until next spring and see what watering restrictions are still I n place and if we really need to modify after some rain.

Description of Work: We hired Eddie to build our koi pond in our backyard. We originally thought we could do it ourselves after taking a pond building class...they make it look easy, but we quickly learned that it is not the easy! There is so much that goes into, and quite honestly, we were just tired and tired of trying to do it ourselves. We had already purchased our pond kit, and even started digging the hole, but we were in over our heads when we met with Eddie. He assured us everything was going to be OK, and it certainly is! Eddie and his crew were on time every day, worked really well together, were professional and friendly, and we are so happy with the end result. We went from a huge hole in the ground to a beautiful koi pond with two waterfalls. Eddie had a vision for the pond and he really made it come to life. His price was more than fair, he saved us money when he could, and it was a great experience. We plan to use Eddie's company again soon to help us landscape the pond area and finish up the backyard with a patio, etc. We've dealt with several contractors and had bids from a few other landscapers and were by far, the most impressed with Eddie. We LOVE the pond, the fish are happy, and we just couldn't have asked for more.

Description of Work: They laid an 11x11 foot cement slab. The slab is a well poured slab. My only problem is they washed their tools and equipment in my yard which although I was in the process of remodeling left a fairly large amount of cement on my lawn and loose cement around slab that I had to clean up myself. I would prefer to use a contractor that leaves it like they found it except for the work they've done.

Description of Work: I called Eddie to set up an appt for an estimate. He was very honest with me in letting me know that he was booked up pretty solid until early June, but then he made a recommendation for someone else to do the work. I very much appreciate his professionalism and honesty in letting me know. The person he recommended was able to do the work immediately and did a great job. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: The vendor never contacted me - I was very patient as I waited for over 1 week after paying for this service. Called A.L. and they contacted vendor. Still no call. I called A.L. again for vendor's phone # where I left at least 3 messages. Still no vendor call back! Also, happened to see where same vendor put a new A.L. 'deal' at a slightly higher cost just a couple days after 'my' deal ended on 3/31/15 (last day to order) (I ordered on 3/30/15). Very disappointing... Note: Date above was date vendor was to call me per A.L. I still appreciate A.L.!

Description of Work: There was a leak in my front yard irrigation system. They corrected the problem and also moved 2 of the sprinklers to a better position in the yard. They were punctual, efficient and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced half of my driveway. Everything went smoothly; the two-day job turned into one day due to the weather. The drive way looks wonderful. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Re-sod front and back yards, fix sprinklers. Eddie was prompt in getting back to me and work was done on time and to my expectations. He was very knowledgable and spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to others. Also, his price was lower than all other estimates I received.

Description of Work: The appointment went extremely well with the provider. An estimate was provided for the work to be done. We since then spoke to the provider to inform that oak tree is now dropping it leaves and would cause problems with any concrete work to be done, so we decided to postpone the work until early next year after all the leaves have completely dropped. Therefore, we would like to cancel the order and revisit the deal next year when closer to having the work done.

Description of Work: Eddie determined the best was to resolve the drainage issue in my backyard without sacrificing any full grown trees, quoted me a fair price, and then scheduled the work for a couple of weeks later. He called me the day before and that morning to ensure I was home and ready for them, and he and two employees completed the job in a few hours. Once it was done Eddie explained exactly what materials they'd used and where, and advised what to expect as the ground settled. Eddie and his employees were all friendly, respectful, and courteous. This work might have been a small job to this company but they treated me well and used both mine and their time wisely.
