They have been very responsive when I've had questions or need additional treatments at my house. Always show up on time, and call a day ahead when scheduled service is due.

We had rats in our attic that we weren't able to trap after much effort. And we didn't want to use poison. Ryan and his crew sealed up our house to keep other rats out (in places that we didn't even know of) and set traps and kept working them until they finally rid us of the three most trap-shy rats in sacramento! Ryan was professional, responsive, knowledgable, and really went above and beyond in his services. We highly recommend him!

The cost was reasonable. It worked a little to start with, but they didn't really take care of the problem. I liked that they said they were a small business, and they could put more energy into it, but they didn't. They are not that thorough. They were kind of reluctant to pick up the traps in the end.

I have been working with Eco Tech for over 2 years.....They are receptive, quick to respond, and very professional. I really lucked out when I found them on Angie's List and contacted them.......

Then 6 months goes by and I get a call from them saying that I owe them money for service. I said I paid you when you came out the first time, and I canceled service. They claimed that they came to my house 4 times and I said no you didn?t. I asked for exact dates. When they contacted me again, it was 3 dates. The last date they are trying to charge me for was saying that he met with me and my wife, but those dates we were out of town, and Ecotech never came to the house. So now they have a collections company coming after me for service they never performed, especially when I paid them for service that sucked and did not help. Serious con people, charging you for services not even performed. Stay away and use some professional, not a 2 man brother operation with a receptionist.

I have a yearly contract. They use a bait system and let me know if the baits have been eaten on. I haven't seen any rats since. The communication with them is excellent. Their cost is reasonable.

They are punctual and professional. The cost is for bi-monthly service. They completely elimnated my ant problem and got my hornet/wasp problem under control. I appreciate the time they have taken to explain the process and what I could expect. Ants were in my walls and I'm on a slab foundation, which means they could have come in through cracks in the slab as opposed to soil. Even with that challenge, they were able to contain them. They also paid extra visits to me and called periodically to check on the problem to make sure it was under control. Even when I overlooked my bill on accident, (OOPS) they were courteous and dignified in the way they addressed it. An A++

They came, they evaluated, they sprayed, and they came back after a month when the tenant saw another dead cockroach. No problem after that. About a year later, I called to get advice about another possible problem at another location. They gave me good advice for free over the telephone about the likelihood of an infestation.

On time. Very responsive. Good price.

Extermination of Rats and Mice. I own a few duplex rental units and deal with many contractors. These guys are good at catching rodents. Actually they are very good. They use traps which avoids having rodents die in unaccesible places (e.g., behind the walls) to avoid smelling up the place from a dead rotting rodent. Theses guys caught about 10 to 12 rodents in my rental unit. The cost of $595 included both extermination of current rodent problem and exclusion of future problems by sealing entrance points of the duplex. I wasted $200 on another exterminator that used bait and did not resolve the problem. From all indications after 1 month, these got the job done.

Angie's list keeps bugging me to do this review, so I am doing one, but it has been a while. We bought he Ecotech Angie's List deal for a bug treatment around our home. They came, did not give hardly any information about what they were going to do, and sprayed the home, then left. We noticed no difference in the amount of spiders that we typically had (including compared to a year later, since it has been a while since we used the service). Of note, we have never had a pest treatment service before so we don't really know if this was better or worse than anyone else. The people were nice, we just were disappointed they didn't really tell us much, and that we didn't notice any difference in the number of spiders we had.

We are still very happy with our choice to call Eco Tech. Ryan is very professional and willing to use only the most humane way to deal with all creatures (no poison, glue traps, drowning EVER). He found more rats today, thanks to our tile roof, and our overhanging trees, but we will continue to have him leave the rats out on fallen logs for the hawks to eat. Eco Tech is highly recommended!

I basically paid $125 to have a guy come out and tell me "we don't do attics" and quoted me $170 for tree trimming. I told them on the phone that the attic was part of the problem, but apparently they have selective hearing. Huge waste of money.

My initial call to them was a Sunday when they are closed, so I left a detailed message and they returned my call on Monday and left a message. When I returned the call a couple of days later the phone was answered right away by one of the brothers (not sure which) and he said they had forwarded calls to the field due to a phone problem and would need to call me back. Well, they never did which is why I gave them a B on responsiveness. However I knew their ratings on Angie's list were really great so I called them again and this time was able to set an appointment for the same week. Ryan arrived promptly and I walked him around the property to show him my concerns. He suggested two bait boxes which they normally leave for several weeks and it takes care of the rodents for about 6 months. For an extra couple bucks per service he offered to just keep the boxes out year round and service them at my every two month service. He then went around the house and yard knocking down webs, and then sprayed liberally, not only around the foundation but also the entire fence line and it seemed in every nook and cranny. He was very thorough. Before he left he said they would contact me to set our next appointment but that I could call if there were any concerns. He was very cognizant of the fact that I have a cat and a small grandson. After the application was dry there was only a very faint scent left of the spray and the scent was gone within a day.

I used this for my commercial fast food restaurants. They are 2 guys that know what they are doing and are dedicated to doing it well. No more "big" companies that send out minimum wage techs that dont care for me. These guys are great.

Provider came when they said they'd come, did work.

Came 3x..punctual, courteous..checked traps, made suggestions....will return if more service is needed or wanted.. We wouls use again, and have rec. him to a neighbor...

Kyle and Ryan were very responsive, professional, and resolved the bug problem for us. They called us prior to the appointment as a reminder and to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time, and performed work efficiently and quick. They are both very nice and respectful to our home.

I was wakened in the night by something chewing in my attic and by the next night a small hole was appearing in my laundry room ceiling near a fan. I found EcoTech through Angie's List and chose them due to their good reviews. I left a message and they called me very soon after and arranged to come out that same day. Kyle came out and set up traps in the attic and went around the house exterior to see where the rats/mice were coming in and determined it was from under a door between my side yard and garage that had no threshold and then getting into my walls through a hole it had chewed in the drywall. He advised me to not take immediate corrective action so as to not change the rat behavior while we were trying to trap it. Kyle came back out a week later and while I no longer heard anything in my attic, he didn't find anything in the traps. He was scheduled to come out again a week later. Here's where things went bad. A few days after this visit i heard some noises from my dog door, and since the air current from my whole house fan sometimes blows the pet flap open I decided to close it off for the night; the next morning I was horrified to find part of the pet flap chewed off. This rat was trying to come in (and perhaps had been successful in the past even I see no evidence of a rat being inside my house)! I also discovered new evidence that the rat had taken up residence in my garage and found where it was getting further access into my walls (a spot better protected from my dogs). I called EcoTech in true freakout mode, and while it was not their scheduled day to come out, they arranged to come out that same day. It was a different guy who then set traps in my garage; he also told me that it was not uncommon for rats and mice to use pet doors! Within 2 days, one of the traps had caught the biggest rat I have ever seen. EcoTech has now come out two more times since then, and there has been no evidence of other rats. I have now installed a door threshold and repaired the drywall damage caused by this rat, so hopefully we are done. I have also replaced my cheap (I now realize) pet door with one that no rat could ever open. EcoTech did exactly what I hired them for: they got the rat and advised me of what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again. I am truly appreciative of their responsiveness and timeliness because I was experiencing high anxiety over having this problem. I absolutely recommend their services to others. Oh yes, they gave me a 10 percent Angie's List discount.

It was a great experience. I chose them because they won a Super Service Award and don't require an annual contract.

Having found Eco Tech through Angie's List, I called and made an appointment to have Ryan come to take care of rat problems in the attic. He placed traps in the attic and under the house. He checked for any openings the rats might be using and sealed them. He even went on the roof to seal under one of the shakes. He came back the following week, found 3 rats in the traps and disposed of them. He explained that he would spray for fleas after we had disposed of all the rats. The third week, he found 1 more rat and then sprayed for fleas, ants, etc. Ryan was easy to work with, informative and very helpful. Eco Tech will be my go to company for any pest extermination problems.

Ryan showed up on-time (actually, a little early - awesome because we had to get to work). He was professional, examined the space where we saw the bees and sprayed outside. He also recommended we reschedule for him to come back because he wanted to use a different ladder for the interior so not to scratch up our wood floors. On the second visit to spray inside, he showed up on time again, did the job quickly and was on his way. Unfortunately the bees came back a couple weeks later - something he warned us might happen. We called Ryan and he came out again - again on time, professional, thorough. We're thinking of having him do some regular preventative work. Nice guy. Gets the job done. Call him.
