Really well. They came twice. The first time, they sprayed outside where it was believed the ants were coming in. In that way they sought to use fewer chemicals inside the house. When we called them a few days later to tell them that hadn't worked, they scheduled another time to come very quickly. This second time was included in our original fee. They then sprayed inside and the ants have not come back.

Terrific Dennis and Ralph were punctual and very helpful. The repairs were finished professionally in a timely basis. We would use their services again.

Eileen at the service set up an appointment very professionally with a short turnaround. Tony came within the 2 hr. window and spent necessary time to treat the immediate threat inside and out and apply preventative treatment for other vulnerable areas. He was informative and very thorough. I noticed some ants still active before the 30-day guarantee expired, so I called and again had a quick turnaround to have a targeted retreat done. The technician was an hour past the window, so I suggest letting the scheduler know how flexible you are. Once again, the work was very thorough and professional. The ant infestation was extremely severe, so I was not surprised that a few were still alive, but I wanted to make sure they wouldn't rebuild their colonies anytime soon. I priced the service beforehand and I didn't need a quarterly plan, just a one-time treatment. Ecotech offered the same services for a competitive price.

Ecotech staff were on time, courteous, informative and professional. I got two bids and Ecotech was lower. I was most impressed with them because they took the time to explain their process and products. No rushing you through and trying to get you to sign on the dotted line. The technician that did the inspection also gave me feedback on other issues he had seen under the house. You rarely get this kind of service. This company is a gem.

Technician Came out, couldn't find any sign of activity in the attic and finally went up on the roof to discover the shingles a squirrel has been chewing on. Evidently it has been loosening them to store acorns and other foodstuffs under it. As he didn't set any traps, and we can just live trap them, he didn't charge anything. He was very helpful and honest.

We heard sounds in our attic space that suggested the presence of a nesting rodent. A convenient appointment time was scheduled within the coming week. Kyle arrived a bit earlier than the 9 A.M. appointment time. This was on a Thursday, not their usual day to visit Davis. He did a thorough inspection outside the house as well as inside the attic space. He detected one potential access point under the eaves, next to the fireplace. He set multiple mousetraps within the attic space. He returned to our home for a total of four weekly visits. The first and second times one of the traps had caught a rat. The third week the traps were empty. He waited one more week to make sure no other rodent was killed in our attic space. At that time he covered the entry port by screwing a sturdy mesh cover into place. Kyle called us a week later asking whether we wanted him to check the traps one more time. We said we would appreciate that for peace of mind. The entire experience was far less involved and traumatic than we feared. We are very happy with the service provided.

I called and comparison shopped and found providers that would do 3 services for the fee. He would only do 2 services but when I told him I found a company that would do 3, he agreed. He also gave me some product to use for free as well. I was very pleased with his work.

EcoTech has been a huge pleasure to deal with - both Ryan and his receptionist Eileen, who's also his mom. This is a family-owned business and it demonstrates the best of what I hope for in a local family business. I originally called because I had rats in the attic and wanted to get rid of them using live traps, if possible. I had called other local exterminators, who were not willing to accommodate this request. Ryan was familiar with this option and was very willing to do help me ease my conscience by using live traps. Because there's more work involved in using live traps (more visits to the house, taking the traps to a location away from the house to free the rats, and so forth), Ryan and Eileen explained that this would cost more than conventional traps - I agreed, and thought their rate for getting rid of the rats, doing the preventive work around the house, and doing miscellaneous other work, such as addressing my carpet beetles, was extremely reasonable. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything. He always had time for my questions. He had recommendations for other local businesses, such as the tree trimmers I used (the best I've ever done business with). He scheduled extra visits at no extra charge - including an attic check a few months later "just to make sure" the pests hadn't returned. He did not charge me extra to exterminate the carpet beetles that were eating holes in my sweaters. Ryan returned a year later, this January, because I had a small recurrence of rats. He did quite a bit of additional work, testing the attic for the recent presence of rodents, setting new live traps, doing some additional sealing, and advising me about additional tree work that might be helpful. He refused to charge me for these return visits and the work. Given where I live, four houses from the river, the need for a return visit was not in any way his responsibility, and I was willing to pay, but it was clear that he cared more about the integrity of his work and about the long-term relationship than about charging me for these visits. At the office end, Eileen was always on top of our appointments, and if there was any inevitable delay (for example, because of work that ran over at another location), she phoned to let me know. These are folks who do a great job, know their business, are friendly and easy to get along with, and genuinely care about their customers as human beings. They are not the first great local business I've found out about through Angie's List, but very possibly the best.

The tech was on time, friendly and efficient. He answered all of our questions about the spray being safe for our baby and dogs. They also offer a 30 day guarantee and reasonable plans for routine maintenance. Very pleased!

EcoTech was on-time, affordable, and the spray has clearly worked - we are no longer finding spiders in our home! We were so impressed that we've decided to continue with EcoTech for every other month service for $69.

Ryan and his brother Kyle were amazing! We had a rat infestation at our elderly father's home. Ryan did a fantastic job removing the rodents. He set traps and came by the house to remove the rats each time one was caught. His professionalism, manners, compassion and understanding while communicating with my father and sisters was above and beyond the call of duty. Rats were removed from under the house and inside the house. All signs of rats are now gone. Everything was sanitized after the rats were removed. It was a great experience dealing with Ryan in a difficult situation. A + service and reasonable price!

The whole process went quite well, the whole process took 5 weeks. It took about 10 to 15 minutes each visit for the first four weeks and 2 hours the 5th week, to set traps remove rats, clean up and seal. I knew what the schedule was going to be and they did do an email reminder the day before the appointment. They were always on time, courteous and easy to talk to. Great customer service. The office was also easy to talk to and get questions answered. When Ryan found an additional entry point he went ahead and fixed that also. The work is guaranteed for a year. Overall I was very happy with EcoTech services . The price, which included an Angie's List discount, was reasonable. They called the day before each scheduled appointment to confirm; and Ryan was punctual on each visit. They did what they said they would do.

They are really great. I have been using them ever since I found them. They are really good people. It is a couple young guys that started this company. They are just terrific and come when they say they are going to come and take care of the problem. I had some rats in the house and they put bait traps on my exterior lot which is wooded. They try to find where the entry points are and close those off on how ever they need to do it. They have put traps in the attic and under the house. They had caught 5 in January and then we had them again. There was some green foliage by a window and they was getting in. Their truck and uniforms have their name on them which is always good.

When we first heard rats in our attic we tried trapping them ourselves but with limited success. So we contacted EcoTech Pest Management for a free estimate. Ryan, the owner, inspected the house along the outside perimeter then climbed on the roof. After determining the rats were confined to the attic we engaged his services and he set several traps inside the attic that day. He returned each week for four weeks until satisfied he'd caught them all before closing off the access holes. He provided an itemized bid for the repair work and shrubbery removal. We chose to do the shrubbery removal ourselves but paid him to repair the three openings to the attic. He used materials rats cannot chew through. It's been more than six weeks now and we've seen and heard no signs of rats. Trapping and follow-up visits cost $300. Sealing three holes in attic cost $250. Ryan was nice to work with. The office administrator was very helpful answering my questions and called the day before each visit to confirm the date and time.

For a while I had had a problem with animals that had gotten into my attic. It started with birds that had pulled open the soffit screen under the eave of the second story of my house, but progressed to rats that had gotten into the attic through nearby trees. My first step was to get the screen replaced and tree pruning done to eliminate easy access to the roof line. Then Ryan from EcoTech came out, did a visual inspection, and set some rat traps in the attic. The following week he came back and cleared the traps, which had caught their prey, then reset them. He came back two more times (three follow-up visits was part of the abatement package) to check the traps but by then the attic was free of rats. (Coincidentally, I had a mouse in my garage, but the regular traps I was using weren't tripping, so Ryan set a few that wouldn't fail. The same day the mouse was caught.) In addition, he checked the roof area for possible points of ingress and found a couple of areas that needed attention. One I took care of myself with some wire screening, and the other two involved minor stucco patches, which he did. Overall I was very happy with EcoTech. The price, which included an Angie's List discount, was reasonable; they called the day before each scheduled appointment to confirm; and Ryan was punctual on each visit.

Nobody believed me when I said I had critters in my attic. Nobody but EcoTechPestMgt They kindly trapped and removed the critters for me. I highly recommend.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I have seen a few spiders since then, but far fewer than previously. I will be ordering a new treatment from them in the spring.

I called Eco-Tech and Ryan, one of the owners, came out the same day to give us a quote. He returned two days later to carry out the work and did a better than expected job. What was once a previously unusable attic (terrible past infestation of rats) was now a clean space that I felt completely comfortable using for storage. He did such a great job that we asked him to return later that week to do a floor-level section of our garage. Very prompt and professional - we won't hesitate to use Eco-Tech again in the future.

The traps for the mice were filled at the first return. There were no additional mice at the final visit. We have not seen any evidence of mice since. On the second contract, several rats were caught. We are arranging with the provider to close up the entry points to the attic. They have been professional, prompt, and polite.

Ryan was pleasant, professional and prompt. Scheduling was pleasant and easy to do. They came out a couple of extra times without any additional charge when the traps kept on collecting new rats. Excluded the rats and put new screens all around the foundation. Didn't try to sell me new insulation. ( A competitor wanted almost $4000 to put in new insulation as part of the pest control process.) We have been pest-free for several months now. Highly recommended.

He came out and the service was delayed though. When he did come out, he came at like dusk or dark and I was curious as to how he would be able to see. At that point it could have been rescheduled.

Ecotech came out and took a look at the rat-infested part of the basement and scheduled a few visits to take care of the problem. Over a few weeks, they caught all the rats that had entered the house and sealed holes that allowed rats to enter in the first place. They left with the assurance that if the problem is not fully solved, they guarantee they will come back and fix it. Ryan is very nice and professional and we were happy with the experience.

It was fine. Ryan and his crew were very friendly, quick and professional. He visited 5 times over three months. I haven't heard anything running around in my attic for a couple of months. My attic has Eagleshield insulation and Ryan was careful not to damage it. My only regret is that I didn't do anything about the rat droppings all over the shiny Eagleshield. I suppose they'll melt away eventually - it's incredibly hot up there!

Ryan Abrahamson has been very attentive. He now services 2 residential properties and 2 commercial restaurants for me and has for the past few years. He is always on time and has taken care of every pest problem and doesn't add extra charges unnecessarily. He has always provides excellent service and has proven himself over time! I definitely recommend him.
