+ -1 moreI did not use this company. the phone was never answered by a human, no matter what time of day or night I called. I left messages with my contact information on 10/08/12 and again on 10/10/12. No one ever contacted me. Even if they were too busy to give me an estimate, a call back to let me know would have been appreciated. After a full week went by with no return call, I left a message advising them their services would not be needed.
Description of Work: No services were done, as the company never called back.

+ -1 moreThey showed up within 24 hrs. of our initial call. After Dave checked it out, we were advised the roof looked ok & we were most likey dealing with a stucco problem. His inspection & advice on how we should proceed at this point was both helpful & professionally given at no charge to us. We appreciated their punctuality & quick response time. We will contact them again if we ever do need roof repairs.
Description of Work: Thought we had a roof problem so we made contact with E&E Roofing for an inspection/estimate.

Description of Work: E&E installed a very attractive cement tile roof for us to replace a worn, downright ugly old roof. All of the people involved in the project (removers, delivery personnel, and installers) were polite, efficient, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They also had the foresight to place plywood over some old cracked driveway, so as to avoid further damage. Their non-installation personnel also proved very helpful in navigating the arcane pathways of the Placer County Building Department and its various permit requirements. Bottom line: I have already recommended them to three other homeowners in the area who requested referrals after seeing my roof, something I would obviously not have done had I not been happy with the work.

+ -1 moreour house needed a reroof, 20 yr old shake roof, we got quotes from a number of companies, E&E wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, for their price still cheaper than alot of companies they had the the best materials and warranty (even better then some of the most expensive ones). The crew did a efficient job and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. they did a excellent job on the reroof, and the foreman took the time to answer any questions i had throughout the process.
