Description of Work: They had performed some heavy duty tree trimming for me last summer so when I need some big tree roots removed from my front yard, I called them. They showed up the next day, gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work for the next week. They actually were able to do it a couple of days ahead of time and charged me less than there origianl estimate as the work didn't take as long. Great experience again. Vey professional and committed to doing a quality job at reasonable prices. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: Complete tree workup/trimming/thinning/removing branches on my daughter's huge front yard tree. The entire staff knew EXACTLY how this tree needed be done as not to kill it and allow the branches to grow to provide shade this spring and summer. EXCELLENT customer service; ON TIME as quoted and cost of job performed was excellent!! Cleanup after the work was performed was AWESOME!!! Description of Work: Trimmed large pine tree and trimmed fruit trees. Very happy overall with experience with this company. They had to come back and glad to to trim a few more smaller limbs on pine tree. They did a pretty good job working around power/telephone lines. I really appreciated that they trimmed the trees with clean and smooth cuts which gave more esthetic value.

Description of Work: I was treated courteously from my first phone call. Don called me back promptly, and we scheduled an appointment within a day or two. Don arrived on time. I had called because I have a number of volunteer trees I wanted removed, all of them pretty small. Don explained to me honestly that if his service did it, they would have to send out two or three guys and a chipper truck, and charge me $150 an hour. Plus, he could not guarantee that even if the trees were dug out, they would not return. He counseled me on ways to deal with them, and urged me to have my "blow and mow" guy or someone take them out for probably $20/hour. I was very impressed by his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for tree services.

Don's Tree Service has been trimming my seven fruitless Mulberry trees for several years, but was told they no longer service West Sacramento because of high fuel costs. They always give returning customers a discount as well as a seniors discount. They always respond to your telephone calls and arrive punctually and are very professional. I will miss them.

Description of Work: We chose them off of your list and prior recommendations. We had a number of birch trees and other smaller trees that have never been pruned or shaped (6 years old). The group showed up on time and went right to work. They repeatedly asked if we had any particular suggestions but we left the job completely up to them. After 4 hours, they were completely done...and everything was cleaned as if no one was here!!! They did a fantastic job!!! The birch trees are beautiful!!! Thank you for a job well done.

Description of Work: I called and the next day had an estimate. Since two of the trees were struggling he suggested what to use and how to apply it to see how if any of the trees could come back. Then after giving it two weeks his crew came back to much healthier trees and completed the job, cleaned up the area and noted an aphid infestion in another part of the yard and how to care for it. What can i say, they went above and beyond expectations. My yard has never looked so good and now all the trees are healthy! Fantastic company
