I had a simple problem with chirping hard-wired smoke detectors. My biggest challenge was getting high enough in the vaulted ceilings to see how to install the batteries. He handled it and was gracious about it. He fit us in because we had some time pressure due to us selling the house. He had a minimum price which he charged and which I was happy to pay.

I would definately recommend him. He was able to identify my problem immediately and determine it was a SMUD issue. He called SMUD himself and reported the issue. He also check other issues I had and made sure everything was repaired.
