Crew arrived on time. Everyone was willing to do whatever was requested. Keep in mind, the house had just undergone floor demolition, so much of the place was covered in dust, but the crew worked diligently and got it done. Though they were swamped, the owner, JC, made time to be there to supervise. He had us do a final walk-through to ensure were happy with every detail.

They arrived on time and performed the window cleaning in a professional and timely manner.

I have been using Cumex Cleaning Services to clean my home since February 2011. I have been extremely pleased with the work provided by Rosy Rosello, co-owner, and her crew. Through Rosy, I requested a date and time to have our carpets cleaned. Rosy got back to me the next day with a date and time convenient to our schedule with a quote of $100. I expected to pay more and was prepared to do so as I have paid $200 - $250 to other carpet cleaners. JC Rosello, co-owner of Cumex, arrived with one assistant to clean the carpets. They were on time as scheduled. They were efficient, thorough and professional. The results were far superior to services provided by both Coit and Stanley Steamer over the past several years at half the cost. I highly recommend Cumex Cleaning Services.

Overall I was pleased with the work that was done on the carpet. There were some spots that did remain, however the stains were not able to be removed and JC did explain that it was possible that it couldn’t be removed. He did reassure me that he will do the best that he can do, which he did. Actually I feel that it was better that when I moved in 2 years ago. The walk through was a success and the landlord was pleased with the carpet. I will be using his service in the future, for not just the carpet but house cleaning!

JC and his assistant arrived exactly on time and began work immediately. The carpets we were having cleaned were in a condo we just purchased and they were in terrible condition--probably 20 years' worth of wear and a LOT of spots & stains---I didn't think they would get very clean, but I was pleasantly surprised! They were able to banish all the spots and a huge (what looked like a spilled cup of coffee) stain. The carpet was about 3 shades lighter when they were done---it looked (and smelled) great! They worked fast, but were extremely thorough. The price was very low ($70 for the whole 2 bedroom condo)---I would definitely recommend JC's company--I know you'll have a good experience!

JC was wonderful in working with my cleaning needs! He also worked with my schedule. He understood I would need to work around the painters. I look forward to using him again. SIDENOTE: Double check your windows. Sometimes the sun hides streaks you won't see till later in the day. Pretty sure he would go over the windows that need attention. Thank you JC.

Originally I wanted to clean the master bedroom carpet. They arrived on time and when I saw how they approached the job I asked for an additional price to also clean the living room and dining room. They were very accomodating and fair in their price. I would use them again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

Appointment was for 10:00 a.m. Monday 9/26/11. J.C. and crew arrived promptly. We went over all the details again as to what I wanted done. He could not finish that day and I gave him the key to the house and he came back Tuesday and finished at approximately noon. We did another walk through to make sure he didn't miss anything. This house is "move in ready". It looks and smells like a brand new home. J.C. is very easy to work with and this is the second time I have used him. Both times I have been very satisfied with his work!!!!

They were very professional, and coordinated. My windows were extremely dirty, and they cleaned them well, including a skylight, inside and out. Mine is a 1 story, 2000 sq.ft. house. It took sometime for scheduling, which was due to vacationing, and getting backed up during this time apparently. Usually Services call back within a day or so for scheduling. I am on the south outskirts of town, and the owner needs to schedule more than one on a day to make it worth the drive. Small company, but once scheduled, excellent. I took several cards to give out to people in the neighborhood, and friends. Overall, I was quite pleased.

We did quite a bit of research for house cleaning and window cleaning services through Angie's List before selecting CUMEX Cleaning Services. We knew that we would be out of town the actual day of service, so the group we selected had to be completely trust-worthy. JR and Priscilla showed up punctually to give us an estimate for a full house cleaning as well as window cleaning inside and out a couple of weeks before we needed the cleaning performed. We received their bid within 24 hours and scheduled for about 2 weeks later. We were out of town at the time of cleaning, but another service provider let Priscilla and the CUMEX Cleaners into our home for work. We were informed that they were here the entire day and worked very hard the whole time. We moved in a couple days later and were thrilled with the results. CUMEX Cleaning Services did a stellar job and put a lot of elbow grease into making the house spotless. We are very pleased with the professional service provided by CUMEX Cleaning. All of our expectations have been met by this wonderful group. Communication is absolutely wonderful with Priscilla. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and will certainly use them again.

When I called and explained a tight timeline, J.C. was able to do the job the next day, arriving on time in the morning and finishing well before noon. Everything was dry and pristine for use the following morning. Throughout, he was courteous, efficient, and creating minimal inconvenience. I appreciated that he put wall-corner protectors where his hoses would come into contact. While the carpets were only minimally soiled and did have previous bleach spots, he was careful to explain the limits of his treatment, and I had no complaints whatsoever.

I had a great experience with Cumex Cleaning Services from the start. I contacted the company - from the company website - on June 29th (at around 5 PM) to request an estimate. Since i made the contact towards the close of business i expected to be contacted the next day. However I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Priscila later in the evening letting me know that JC can visit my house the very next day to provide an estimate. JC was on time the next day (june 30th) at my house and sent me an estimate via Email later that day. The estimate was very reasonable and I was very happy that JC was able to schedule my house cleaning in the next couple of days on July 2!! On the day of the cleaning JC arrived with his crew on time. The cleaning team worked in a very courteous, pleasant, and professional manner. I was highly impressed with their work, and their fantastic attitude. It was literally a joy to see their attention to detail as they dusted and cleaned each room, fixtures, baseboards, carpet, etc etc. The Manager of the company - Priscila - is a fabulous professional who is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely work with the company again and I highly recommend their cleaning services.

These guys work hard and after some back and forth messages, confirmed an appointment that worked for me as I had limited time to get the carpet cleaning done before I had to vacate the home. They were accommodative in squeezing me into their schedule and were professionals, arriving on time and doing a thorough cleaning.

I called and was able to schedule an estimate for the clean within the week. Although they were an hour late for the estimate, JC apologized profusely, asked what I wanted and provided a $200 estimate which sounded reasonable to me. The day of the clean, I was an hour late so I felt bad but he joked that we were even. JC and his workers proceeded to clean the house all day, JC even offered to install a toilet seat I had sitting on the counter just to be nice. The house is fairly old so I was not expecting miracles and I thought it looked great. In particular, the bathrooms looked brand new. My property manager noted that the stove oven and drawer were not cleaned but if that was it, I was happy. I would absolutely hire them again. They provide great customer service and do a quality job.

I contacted Cumex for an estimate on bi-weekly cleaning for my home. I was contacted back within 24 hours of my contacting them through Angie's list and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by Priscilla a few minutes before my appointment saying the owner was stuck in traffic and would be about 15 minutes late for our appointment. Considering I had just gotten out of the rush hour traffic myself, it was understandable. 10 minutes later, I received another call from Priscilla saying that they would need to cancel and reschedule my appointment because the freeway was closed due to an accident and her boss's GPS was saying it was going to take him an additional 30 minutes to get to my house. Upon review of the traffic, I could find no road closures anywhere on the nearby freeways required to reach my home. I agreed to a rescheduled appointment for the next Saturday morning. By fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment time, they had not arrived and I gave Priscilla a call to find out what the status of my appointment was and got no answer to my call. The company was proven to be unreliable thus far, so I left my home to go about my day. At approximately, 10:25 I received a call from Priscilla asking if it was ok if they arrived a little after 10:30am. At that point I notified them that I was no longer home and available for the estimate no did I wish to schedule another appointment with them. I cannot rate how there actual service is however the service I received in just trying to get an estimate from this company was very unprofessional and unacceptable for my standards.

Good job and completed the work in 5 hours with 3 people working. I was in the house the entire time and they only took a 20 minute break.

I really like Rosy. She was very much on top and she came out when I wanted to talk to her. I feel like the price she charges is very reasonable. I really like the job she does. If I make a suggestion, she will try very hard to do what I ask her to. I always know if she is coming at the same time and they let me know as well. I spend about $140 a month. I am sure they will do blinds too, but I have had her husband do windows only. They will come again this next Tuesday.

After doing a major major purge of the junk and general clutter that has built up over the past decade, I was exhausted and wanted someone else to come in and do the 'deep cleaning'. JC came and did the 'inspection' and submitted a quote for the service. I also have quotes for window washing (which will be done in about a month when I'm more confident we're done with rain for a while) and more regular services. He arrived with two helpers and the three of them went at it. I work from home and so I pretty much stayed in my office while they did their thing. They spent a good amount of time getting our horrible fiberglass showers/tub back to something resembling white. I have used all sorts of cleaners and loads of elbow grease and haven't been able to get them as clean as they did. Awesome! We are all very happy with the results. Only 'negatives'.... It would take a couple of emails before I would get a return email. Minor, but if that's a Big Deal to you, be aware and prepared. It shouldn't dissuade you from using their service. They also use very chemically cleaning products. Every family member remarked on the smell as they returned home. They needed windows open to cool off. I needed them open to air it out. I have been using non-toxic, no-fumes cleaning agents from The Clean Team for decades and so that 'clean smell' at our house is simply the absence of any smell. If they come for regular cleaning, I may have them use my supplies.

Excellent!! I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a thorough housecleaning including the windows. The estimate was $230. This was for an 1100 sq. foot house that I've neglected for a while due to a busy work schedule. We went back and forth via e-mail for the appointment. They gave me lots of time and day options and worked with my schedule. Once here, they got to work right away. The owner was there with two of his associates. They did the windows inside and out and a very thorough cleaning, including washing walls and ceilings and cleaning the oven!! I've never had a cleaner toilet. They were here about four hours working diligently the whole time. I was so pleased, I paid more than the $230. I've already given their name to a friend.

They are very nice and very professional. I just feel that they could be a little bit more thorough with some of their cleaning. Things like the baseboards, bathroom floors and kitchen floor are not sparkling clean when they are done. They are a strong team of people and I have let both the husband and wife know that they could be a little bit more thorough with their cleaning. I have a large house and I try to make things easier for them but they could focus a little more on the main areas.
