Cumex Cleaning Services

We needed carpet cleaning for our whole house after moving unexpectedly. We had 2 vouchers previously purchased for other carpet cleaning companies and had originally planned to use those vouchers as partial payment to clean our carpets. Our home was approx. 2800 sq. ft. and my pre-paid vouchers covered about 1/2 of that. When I called to get complete estimates, I was shocked at how expensive and impersonal these companies were! To be sure I wasn't overreacting, I called several other companies to compare pricing and service; I was looking for a quality work at a fair price and needed the carpets done within 5 days. I spent over an hour on the phone looking for a good match before I found Cumex Cleaning on Angie's List. J.C. was personable, clear, and helpful. He asked for specifics on how many rooms we had, etc. and gave me a reasonably-priced estimate of $150. Most of the estimates I had received from other companies were nearly twice that price and the people I talked to didn't compare to J.C.'s approach! When J.C. and his associate came to my home, they were punctual, friendly, and got right to work. During the time they were there, they had to problem-solve a couple of issues and did so successfully. The work turned out to be more extensive than they originally thought (I agreed) and they modified their price to $175, which I thought was fair. There was extensive staining in several areas; though I was disappointed that not all of the stains came out, the carpet was very clean; both visually and upon feeling it. (it was silky and very clean-feeling; not stiff) J.C. and his associate provided excellent service at a very reasonable rate, and worked extremely hard. Honestly, if we had had more money to give (we didn't; since our move was unexpected we weren't prepared financially for moving costs) we would have paid them more...they were worth it!! Instead, I am taking the time to write this review, will recommend them to friends and family, and plan to use them again in the future. I highly highly recommend J.C. and his company, Cumex Cleaning!!! A++++!!!

I filled out and submitted the inquiry form on the company's website on Monday. I heard nothing. On Wednesday, I called both of the listed phone numbers and left a message. As of 10:00 am Friday, I have heard nothing at all. This lack of responsiveness is frustrating, to say nothing of unprofessional. I can't imagine what their work must be like.

The person came to give an estimate came late & never responded back. He confirmed me that he will get back to me the next day & we can go from there. Didn't hear anything till now!!!

If you are looking for a company- to trust in your home - and do a great job this is the company to do business with. They are prompt, caring, trust worthy...and do a great job. Such a great job on the deep cleaning I have hired them permanently to clean my house.

Cumex Cleaning provided excellent service, on-time and at a reasonable price. They made the effort to explain their procedures to assure me that I was getting the best possible service, and even went the extra mile of cleaning the foyer tile without an extra charge. They also added the patio sealer, which the homeowner had planned to do, at no additional cost. They explained that their normal procedure is a combined grout cleaner and sealer as one-step, but because I requested a "wet-look" sealer for the grout on my kitchen counter tile, they applied the special sealer by hand, again at no additional cost. I plan to use their services further for other concrete cleaning and carpet cleaning. A reliable, courteous contractor.

We had been searching for a house cleaner for a month or so and had RC out to give us an estimate. He was timely, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His staff (team of two) showed up on time as promised and ready to work. They spent no time talking and got right to the job. The cleaner would occationally come and check in with me to see if he was doing a good job. Everything looked//looks great. They tackeled my pet hair problem and dust problem (for now) and will be returning in a few weeks. Hopefully they work as hard the second time as they did the first time! I noticed a few things I wanted done towards the end of the appointment and the cleaners were quick to tackle them without questions asked. My house looks so nice I dont want to let the animals back in! Hopefully they continue to work hard for us! Follow-up: Wont return my phone calls to set up my next cleaning after initial cleaning...going with another service. Tried for two weeks to contact them!

First visit was very good. Three workers for $120. Probably not more than $20 per man hour. We had them come another two or three times. I noticed on the second to last visit that pay per man hour was just under $30 per hour for two workers. I requested a price review-adjustment by email, but the owner did not respond to that request. Last visit two workers spent one and a half hours. That is three man hours for $120. That equals $40 per man hour. Their work was decent but not outstanding overall. We are not going to pay $40 per man hour even for superb work. We will not use them again.

Overall experience was very good. They arrived on time, I gave them a tour of the house and they got started. 5 hours for the whole house with windows inside and out.

I hired Cumex Cleaning to clean my Aunt's home for preparation to sell. She had lived in the home since 1956 and she wasn't the best housekeeper so there was a lot of grime. Mr Rosello gave me and estimate and was able to schedule the job within one week which was great. The place sparkles and I very pleased with the results. I did bring over a couple friends to look at the place afterwards and they were surprised how good the home looked because they had seen the home before the deep cleaning. I would recommend Cumex without any reservations.

Today, as they do most weeks, the owner and two wonderful staff arrived to clean our three bedroom, one bathroom 1200 square foot 1950's home. In addition to our typical cleaning, I asked if their team could begin washing our large back porch and a few other items. I did not intend for them to begin today and even emphasized for them to begin the new list the following week, as I knew it might impact their schedule. Without even realizing it, the house was cleaned just as it was typically done, but they also added the additional tasks. What a wonderful surprise! When they were done, it looked great, smelled great, and due to their stellar customer service - I was reminded why I continue to call Cumex. Thank you again Cumex!

Cumex scheduled my cleaning within 2 days. Two women came to home and did the cleaning. Two men came later and ckean the furniture and carpet. Ttoal time was about 51/2 hours. I was very pleased with the results and will use their services again.

The initial cleaning was a deep cleaning that included windows, appliances etc. They did an extremely thorough job. It is the best initial cleaning that I have seen. They were prompt for our appointment and stuck to the estimate provided via e-mail. They really took care of my home during the initial cleaning and went above and beyond my expectations.

JC came by and looked over my home and the next Friday they were able to schedule me in! My home is a 1,800 sqft 3 BR, 2 BA home adnd it was thoroughly scrubbed top to bottom! My husband commenetd on how clean it even smelled! I am very happy withthem and have booked them for regular service! I compared them with three other companies on Angie's List and their pricing was lower, without sacrificing quality! My first appt. was $128 with $90 thereafter

Due to a change of plans, the original carpet cleaning services that I had called could not make it. Almost at the last minute, I called Cumex. They were available, showed up the next day at the exact time they said they would, cleaned three bedrooms, a hallway and a living room. They did an outstanding job and because I am an Angie's member I got a discount.

CUMEX was able to give us a good price, do a great job and within a few days of our call. We will definitely use them again. They were a little bit late but bad weather created bad traffic so it was understandable. They were efficient and thorough.

They do a good job. They come every other week for housecleaning. They charge $75. They are very reliable and are reasonably priced. They are very responsible and very responsive. They go the extra mile. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
