+ 1 moreThe Cumex team arrived promptly and proceeded to scrub our house from top to bottom. JC and his two other workers spent a little over 4 hours making the kitchen sink look like new, the floors shine, and even our windows spotless! Another nice touch was the fact that his team brought their own cleaning supplies. The house not only looked great but smelled really nice afterwards. We have had a regular cleaning service but will be replacing them with Cumex going forward. Since we purchased this service through Angie's Big Deal, we don't know what this service would normally cost but the ongoing service cleaning price is reasonable and will be worth the money.
Description of Work: Cumex provided 4 hours of deep cleaning. Service also included steam cleaning our carpets.

+ 1 moreI bought a 1370 sq ft townhouse last month and hired Cumex to clean every inch of it before I moved in, including windows and steam cleaning 700 sq ft of carpet. JC and his crew did an outstanding job on everything. I was especially pleased with the kitchen and bathrooms. When I returned after they'd done their magic, it felt like I was the first person ever to live there. This was the best happy homeowning investment I could have made. Can't remember the last time I was this pleased with a service or product.
Description of Work: Housecleaning, window cleaning, steam cleaning carpets. Basically cleaned every room and every surface in my townhouse prior to move-in.

The house was spotless when they finished. JC was very accommodating with both the schedule and the work to be done. Highly recommended. In fact, we're having them clean the house on a regular basis.

+ 3 moreMr Rosarello came over to give an estimate and set a time for cleaning. We were pleased with the cost and when we needed to change the date, Mr Rosarello was very accomodating. The cleaning team showed up early and gave us an estimated three hours, but they spent about three and one-half hours. Mr Rosarello called when he was almost finished. I am happy witht the cleanliness of the house and particularly the bedroom rug that was very stained from my elderly dog. We will use them in the future, perhaps on an every other week basis. I reccoment their services.

+ -1 moreI purchased a special for 6hrs (prepaid), 2 staff for 3hrs. First and foremost, they stopped cleaning at 2 hrs and 30 minutes into the 3 hour schedule if they had done everything well then maybe I wouldn't have minded but they didn't. They were very sloppy. In checking their work, I had to tell them to clean the blinds, clean the bottom of the toilet lids on two of the bathrooms, dusting of the house fan, base boards etc. If they had extra time then I expected to have those rooms clean... I got tired of having to tell them what they needed to be cleaned so I just let them go. This is not a service I recommend.

+ 1 moreThe house looked beautiful when they got done and the carpet was absolutely unbelievable... CUMEX removed set in stains and spots from the carpets none of the other so called highest rated carpet cleaning services could get out. The dogs had an accident on the living room floor and Cumex took it in stride no big deal they would take care of it! They did not charge us for the extra work and the living room was amazing. Huge tip SEEMED well earned. HOWEVER when we returned from vacation we found the whole house reeked from front to back, the carpet was crunchy, appliances had an odd slick coating and we had to call/pay $$$ another company because Cumex would not return our call. Remembering we did hear them arguing about how to address the dog mess, we could not believe they had used OUR DYSON vacuum cleaner to vacuum up the dog mess from the living room floor. It cost $275 to repair the vacuum so I had to do it myself and not sure it will ever be usable again. This whole thing left us with wonder if the beautiful shine on all the appliances was wax or from using bathroom rags to clean the kitchen. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed and Cumex NEVER returned our call.

I have since tried to notify the company numerous times and haven't received a callback or email back which is very frustrating to me.

+ 0 moreThe entire process went very smooth. I contacted JC and we set up a mutual time for him to come give us an estimate. He then went back to the office and prepared a detailed estimate that he emailed to me. Just as I asked with quotes for housecleaning service biweekly and monthly. I wanted to see if we were happy with their service prior to committing to their service. I then received an email with there next available time to do both our services. He emailed me the night before confirming the appointment. I was pleased with the communication and pricing.
Description of Work: We hired JC to clean our windows, which included tracks, windows inside and out and screens. We also hired his cleaning crew to do a thorough spring type cleaning on the inside of the house. Keep in mind our house is a two story and the windows have not been cleaned in over four years. He arrived around 10:30 and spend most of the day diligently cleaning all of the above items. He and his helper were very courteous and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised to find that either he or his cleaning crew cleaned out blinds as well. We leave our windows cracked so they can become dusty even though I tried to wipe them down. They look brand new. He was able to reach all our windows where as the last company we hired left some higher windows untouched. He did a great job. It is really nice to see how much light actually comes through the windows now. I would hire him again to do our windows. On the same day as our windows were cleaned, he has his cleaning crew come clean our entire house. They got here just a bit after JC and they too were here most of the day. This was not a bad thing by any means as they did such an awesome job. Everything was dusted, sanitized and cleaned. My oven has not looked so good since we bought the house new. The house smelt clean and fresh after they left. The ladies were very nice and willing to do what ever needed to be done. My only request was the type of wood cleaner/polish they used and they didn't mind. They cleaned baseboards, dusted fans, lights, cleaned wood cabinets, oven, you name it, it got cleaned. I was very happy with their overall service and dedication to detail. Since we were so happy with the cleaning service, we have decided to hire them to clean and maintain our house every two weeks.

They came to estimate on a Sunday morning and the only day available for them was the following Wednesday, a holiday, July 4th. We were very impressed they would clean on a holiday. They did a great job cleaning of the sinks and toilets, but some of the dusting scratched off the new paint on the window sills and other wood surfaces. They did a tremendous job cleaning all the windows and screens of our two story house. We were also pleased with the carpet steam cleaning.

We have had many cleaning services that did a good job for the first few visits and then they got worse as time went on. Missed appointments or late or breakage or areas overelooked. Cumex still does a great job every two weeks!!
